This home is set back on a quiet very private five acres. Enjoy a relaxing stroll through the woods along the flowing stream. Our home has been fully renovated & newly furnished. Its charming 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10), 2.5 bath has been decorated for comfort. Enjoy the hardwood floors through-out the house. All bath rooms are tiled, the eat in kitchen has all new appliances including a dish washer. The family room is great with the fire place and French doors that go to the deck ( with BBQ gas grill). There is a enclosed porch as well with a two car garage a finished basement with washer/dryer. There is a total of 2800 sq. feet of living space in the newly completed renovation. Just come here to relax and have all the privacy you need with everything just minuets away.

The village of Woodstock is only a few minutes from our home and Pheonicia is about ten minutes ( with the best pancakes at Sweet Sues!). Woodstock has great music, theater, art, shopping and the famous Bear Cafe minutes away. This home gives you all the privacy you will need with family and friends but yet you are in the middle of the Catskills to enjoy all the state parks, hiking and skiing.
