Minutes to the Night Heron Park and pool, East Beach Conference Center, and Sanctuary Hotel, this beautiful beach villa welcomes you to the very unique and private island of Kiawah. This very desirable, upper end unit has undergone a total renovation, starting with an all-new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The entire unit has been professionally decorated by a well-known local interior designer. The sunlit living room/dining area has a bright 'Key West' decor featuring new hard wood floors. The comfortable new queen-size sleep sofa has a five-inch mattress and the room includes a TV and VCR/DVD player. The Bathroom has been totally redone with new subway tile, cabinet, and fixtures. The Master Bedroom includes a King-size Bed topped with Waverly Orchid Cove linens with new furniture, blinds, lamps, and features a flat panel TV.

This lovely 2nd floor condo is in immaculate condition, well furnished and completely comfortable. A large screened deck with comfortable furniture provides a pleasant view of trees and lagoon. The unit is only steps away from the beach and the waves can be heard at night. The king bed is most comfortable. The condo is efficient and well laid-out, but it is small and would be crowded for more than 2, but it is just about perfect for a single or couple. As part of the Kiawah resort program, it meets high standards that includes cleaning and useful toiletries.
