Welcome to our property in Naples, Laurel Oaks condominium, set in tropical surroundings of two story, garden-style buildings. A large central lake serves as a focus for the heated pool and clubhouse, a short walk from our first floor condo. We enjoy relaxing on our lanai with a private garden view. The condominium has been renovated by a local interior designer in a fresh Bahamian style and Key West Florida cottage look with large tile floors throughout. New china, glassware, and superior quality kitchen appliances, and new linens have been added. A new flat 32 in. TV with DVD is located in the media center console. Our property is located in the heart of award-winning Pelican Bay with a mix of stately homes, condominiums, walking-jogging paths, and golf courses. Take a 7 minute bike ride to the 3 mile beach for the exclusive use of Pelican Bay residents.

Our property is in Pelican Bay which occupies 2100 acres at the north end of Naples. Developed only 25 years ago, the Pelican enclave is the recipient of numerous environmental, landscaping, and architectural awards. Gently winding streets provide a beautiful environment for walking, jogging, or biking. Visit the nearby Waterside Shops for elegant shopping or the Shops on Venetian Bay. The nearby Philharmonic Center for the Arts presents many concerts from jazz to classical with renowned artists. Shop on Fifth Avenue South with trendy boutiques, art galleries, or dine in outdoor cafes. Naples maintains a small town atmosphere and is noted for its ten miles of public beaches. Park your car in any metered space each block near the beach and take a quick swim. Private homes on the beach and side streets of downtown Naples create a residential atmosphere. Visit the nearby Nature Conservancy and take a boat tour through the mangroves.

    60-90 days: 60% refund, 45-60 days: 25% refund, 0-45 days: 0% refund. 90% refund if the unit is rented for the same entire time period.

A telephone answering machine is in the guest room. A cordless phone is in the kitchen and the master bedroom. The TV is a 32' Sony flat screen with a DVD player.
