Where to begin???

Just completed my 3rd visit to set and setting. Twice during the winter and we also visited during the summertime. Where to begin? We use this wekend as a family retreat and we are ages 19-32, 6 of us total. In the course of our 3 weekend visits we have snowtubed at Blue Mountain, visited Jim Thorpe for dining and shopping, walked on the frozen Beltzville Lake among ice fisherman(REALLY cool experience), wandered through the woods with our 2 labrador retrievers just enjoying nature, whitewater rafting in the summer down in Jim Thorpe, shopped at The Crossing outlet stores (25 mins away), hired Patrick the personal chef who was OUTSTANDING, enjoyed some wine tasting at a local vineyard down the road just mins away, of course we picked up several bottles of wine for the road! $8 a 750ml bottle who could resist?? This is excluding the awesome family bonding we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and listening to the outdoor speakers playing our favorite music on the satellite radio which is linked throughout the house. Did I mention the hours upon end we spent inside the house at night in the huge open living area playing various card and board games while wasting the night away? Summertime eves were spent grilling on the master suite deck, 1 of 3 decks the house sports, while admiring an awesome view of the woods sprawled out in front of us. We also spent time relaxing on the lower level deck next to the hot tub playing cards and once again enjoying our favorite tunes playing on the Bose outdoor speakers. Did I mention how awesome this house was?? Doesn't matter what season it is there are a million things to do within minutes of the house, we are looking forward to returning so we can check out the tours at the local historic prison, and also plan on checking out a concert/show at Roadies which is a local hot spot located 10-15 mins away. Our 2 labrador retrievers have a blast running through the woods. I can not say enough about how much we enjoy out time at set and setting, I recommend hiring Patrick to cook 1 night, and do your research before you go so you have a plan as there are a million things to do!
