Photos and Description of the Galveston vacation house rental House - 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s) - 3 Baths - (Sleeps 9-11)

Enjoy your days and nights in a brand-new home in the sought-after Pirates Beach neighborhood. This home was completed at the end of 2005. There are two huge decks. One deck off the primary living area and an additional deck off the master bedroom which has some limited views of the ocean. All the countertops in the home are granite and all appliances are stainless steel. You can also enjoy the pool or play golf at the Galveston Country Club during your stay. The master bedroom is the retreat within the get-a-way. Not only does it have a king-size bed, but it also has its own TV and there is a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. There are two other bedrooms that have queen-size beds. A fourth bedroom contains a bunk bed. The bottom bunk bed is a full size and the top bunk bed is a twin. There is an additional twin bed under the bunk bed. The couch in the living room makes out into a bed.

You can hear the waves crashing from either of the two balconies. There is a large concrete area under the house that is great for sitting and visiting with your family or friends. It is approximately 200 yards to the beach or a 3-5 minute walk. There are no streets to cross when walking to the beach. This is a home that you will be proud to stay in and invite your friends over.

I decided to invite my friends all down to Galveston for my birthday. We're all spread around the country now and renting a home is the best way for us to get together. The home was spacious, gorgeous and easily accommodated our group. We grilled outdoors, enjoyed the spacious kitchen, visited the beach and swam at the nearby country club. In addition we enjoyed great seafood for my birthday dinner at Gaido's which was a 15 minute drive away. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great time with family and friends in a convenient location. I will definitely rent again.

Great location to the beach! Had a few small issues when we first got in. But property owner took care it! If you need groceries make sure you get them before you head down the sea wall. It takes about 20 minutes to get to a grocery store. It accomodated 4 families very nicely!

I just recently vacationed at this home and had such a wonderful time. Our family was celebrating a family milestone and we all wanted to stay together rather then in seperate hotels. My family flew in from all over and it was a perfect setting for what we were looking for. The shared living areas are so huge it accomodated all of us and we were never cramped or crowded. The owner was so helpful and easy to work with. I felt he always made sure we were accomodated and he helped me work through the process with ease as this was my first time working with pay pal and also my first time renting a vacation home. We stayed for a week and everyone was sad to leave. As a matter of fact I received a text from my son the day after we left saying "he missed the beach house." That pretty much says it all don't you think!

A Great Getaway

What a great time we had in Galveston at Pirates Beach! I would highly recommend this house. We needed to get away in the middle of April and found this property exceeded our expectations. The living and dining room was great for entertaining being open with lots of seating. The house was extremely clean, and each room had very comfortable beds. It was so nice being close to the beach and in a very nice neighborhood! We ended our time grilling outside and enjoying the great weather on the deck...a memory we will never forget. Thanks for sharing your home!
