The complex is only 75 minutes from Disney World, Sea World, and Theme Parks. A private garage is at your disposal. In addition, two large recreational complexes, including a pair of heated pools, are outside your front door. In addition, the complexes have 2 hot tubs, several workout rooms and more. Ideal for families with children or a relaxing holiday for those without.

Combine visits to the Theme Parks with lazy days on the beach. Spend time swimming, playing shuffleboard, tennis, basketball and walking on nature trails in Canaveral National Park (right behind your Condo).

  • A deposit of $400 will be required. This will not be withdrawn unless there is a cancellation with in 30 days of booking date.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is a comfortable, quiet location. Having said this, a crew was busy removing the paint on all the balconies to ready them for repainting. It was noisy from 8am until about 3pm when they stopped for the day. Not the condo owner's fault- just our timing. There are lots of places to eat within a quick drive- Publix for shopping and a small mall with a Bealls. It is a nice area. The beach has a lot of broken shells so I would suggest beach shoes.

A Great Holiday Value

This condo is everything that the owner advertises. The condo is huge, extremely well equipped and comfortable. It has wireless internet which most do not and great views from the front and rear balcony. The complex is filled with amenities. We could not ask for more especially when you consider the price we paid. The beach is right across the street and is on of the best I've been to. We are definitely returning next year.

Great spot for relaxing family vacation

This rental unit is great. It has everything you need for a great vacation. Plus the rental office has free lending for any beach/sporting activity (surfboards/bikes/ shuffle board/ chairs etc..) you can think of. The pictures above are exactly what you get except it's a bit nicer in person. the only small quibble you might have is it is a bit of a walk to the beach access (not really far but if your carrying a bunch of stuff it could be a small pain) but honestly this did not impact our trip at all. The unit is on the 4th floor but the unit has an elevator and the building has nice luggage carriers and rolling buckets to easily bring things up to the room (the buckets can in handy after grocery shopping got everything in 1 trip). This unit also has it's own internet connection (not all the units have this but public wifi is available at the two pool houses) which was awesome. Front bedroom had a SNES which was cool nostalgia for me and my 6yo loved playing at night. The location is also great because it's just far enough away from the craziness of daytona but close enough to visit everything from the orlando/Daytona/ and the space center. Overall the trip was great and we will rent again.

Spectaculer accomodations

This April will be our 5th consecutive year we have rented this unit, and have had nothing but extraordinary experiences.

The unit is always immaculatey maintained and is conveniently located right across from the pool/clubhouse area, which makes grilling the steaks an easy task.

The children love the grounds, and have plenty to keep themselves busy, which always makes our vacation more enjoyable.

Booking, obtaining access, and checkng out is always hassle free, and has in fact been easier than if it were our own place.

Since our initial stay, we have reccommended the destination to several friends who have gone on to stay in the unit, and they loved it as well.

If you like seafood and cold beer, try JB's Fish camp and Restaurant just up the road, real beach atmosphere with great fish. You could see the manatee a couple blocks up as well.
