Photos and Description of the Eastham vacation cottage rental 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath with washer/dryer, private deck, outdoor shower!

The cottage is set in a private, wooded area but is just a short walk to Eastham's Coast Guard Beach (within the National Seashore)! Easy access to Cape Cod bike trails as well as the Cape Cod Visitor Center (where various nature activities such as hiking, kayaking, etc. are available). Eastham, MA has great restaurants, fresh water ponds, art and antique shows, even a Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Parlor! The kitchen is fully stocked with new pots, pans, dishes, glassware, flatware, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender, etc. The cottage sleeps 6: a queen bed in one bedroom, 2 twins in another bedroom and a twin trundle bed (which can be used as 2 twins or a king) in the third bedroom. The cottage has a private deck with table and chairs and a charcoal grill. A large garage is on the property which houses garbage and recycling cans. The garbage is picked up twice a week and the recycling once a week.

Nearest Beach: beach at 0.2 Miles
If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation - look no further! Our cottage is set in a secluded, wooded area but is just a short walk to Coast Guard Beach in the National Seashore (where you can swim, body surf, watch the seals, etc). Don't like to walk? Hop on your bike and ride safely on the more than 30 miles of Cape Cod's Bike Trail system. Bike to one of Eastham's fresh water ponds perhaps! Or maybe right down the street to the Cape Cod Visitor Center where you can schedule a kayaking trip, or maybe go bird watching! After all that exercise, you'll be ready to eat in one of the many fabulous restaurants the Cape has to offer! The local seafood is delicious! And don't forget to play mini-golf and get ice-cream too! The area is filled with antique and art dealers! A flea market is close by for the bargain hunter in you and you MUST go see a movie at the Wellfleet Drive-In Theater (one of the few drive-ins left in the world)! Come - Enjoy!

  • The Cottage rents for $850/month (+utilities) during the winter months.
  • Winter renters (with at least a 6 month commitment) are welcome between October 4, 2009 and May 15, 2010.
  • We also have a Studio Cottage available for rent:
    The Studio Cottage is $850/Week for Early Season, $1,150/Week for In Season and $950/Week for Late Season.
    The Studio can also be rented for the winter months at $800/month + utilities (with at least a 6 month commitment).

Notes: The cottage is maintained by our caretaker and his wife (Lou and Maureen). Their phone number is posted in the cottage should you need to reach them for any reason. Maureen cleans prior to your arrival and after you leave. Check-in is 2:00 pm, check-out is 10:00 am. Lou takes care of discarding all recycle items (glass, plastic, etc.). Garbage is picked up on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The garage has ample garbage and recycle containers for your use.
