Travel Arrangements: Travel arrangements for Hilton Head Island include driving from most cities. It is 687 miles from New York City, using I-95. From Atlanta and Charlotte the trip is only 250 miles or approximately four hours.

Alternatively, there is small airport on the island that is serviced by US Air from Charlotte. Commercial flights to the Savannah International Airport are a short distance to Hilton Head. Rental cars are available at the airport and there are shuttles to the Island. Savannah Airport is approximately a 45 minute trip.

Invitation to You!!: We invite you to enjoy a very special vacation on Hilton Head Island. Our villa will make you feel comfortable and at home. It is located in the Palmetto Dunes Resort, a 2000 acre plantation with three golf courses, a tennis center, 3 miles of pristine beach and biking & walking paths.

Hilton Head Island is the second largest island on the East Coast. It has over twelve miles of continuous wide sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean. The island offers the best combination of golfing, tennis, shopping , boating, cycling and both fine and casual dining.

As our renter, you will have access to the Disney Beach House on the ocean about 1/2 mile from the villa. There is free parking, a snackbar and bathrooms available for your use. Also, for your convienence, there is a bike rack to store and lock up your bikes. Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas are also for rental on the beach in front of the Disney Beach House. We will provide you with a map of the area and the location of the Disney Beach House.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • 2013 State of South Carolina Taxes of 10% will be added to each rental.
  • Cleaning included for one week rental. There will be a $50.00 extra charge for more than two week and a $50.00 extra charge for more than 4 people.
  • Rental periods begin on Saturday at 3pm and check out on the following Saturday at 10:00 am. Your rental fee includes car passes and departure cleaning. When booking multiple weeks, a discount will be given for each week booked. Rentals for less than a week may be accepted at a premium and with availability . There is no smoking allowed in the Villa and we do not accept any pets. Cancellation Policy....if you need to cancel your booked rental week....you may choose another un-rented week to substitute. Any difference in rates are your responsibility..

Notes: New porcelain tile was installed in the foyer, kitchen and laundry room along with the installation of beautiful frieze carpeting throughout the villa in June, 2008. Two new bikes have replaced older models. They are stored in our shed with bike locks and combinations available. We purchased a new maple table and 4 maple chairs for our kitchen nook area.. A new Flat Screen- HD-TV was added in the family room November, 2009. JUST ADDED......WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET and HD-TV service included. Bathrooms completely remodeled and updated!
