Spacious, clean, three bedroom, two bath Oceanfront condominium (located in South Tower on 2nd floor- no waiting for elevators especially during peak season!) Large L-shaped deck affording unobstructed views of ocean and long stretch of beach. Ocean visible from spacious LR, DR, kitchen and master BR. Numerous pool and hot tubs (indoor/outdoor) available year round and two lazy rivers. Great fun for families! New for 2006: Comfortable bed mattresses ,LR furniture with sleeper sofa, carpeting and a new stove. In 2007:new paint and kitchenware. Convenient location: only blocks to golf course, and fishing pier. Approximately 1 mile from Tangier Outlet and Walmart. 2 miles from Barefoot Landing and Restaurant Row. Minutes away from Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, giant water parks and so much more! Please no smoking and no pets.

Oceanfront condo has it all!: Seawatch Towers is the best place to vacation as it has something for everyone! The indoor/outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers are open year round. The beach is fantastic with its white packed sand, ideal for walking, running or even bicycling. Shell seekers are rewarded especially early in the AM. The fishing pier is within walking distance of the resort. An exercise room, restaurant and convenience store are located on site.

Nearby activities/shopping: Seawatch Towers is just 1 mile from Walmart, Tangier Outlet, Krogers and numerous Beach shops. A 5 minute drive takes you to Barefoot Landing, and a 20 minute drive gets you to Broadway at the Beach. You will find famous restaurants (Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood etc.), showplaces (Legends, Carolina Opre, Dixie Stampede, Medieval Times etc.), the Aquarium, Alligator Adventure, Water Parks and more! The best golf courses in the USA are located within minutes of this property.

Clean and comfortable!: Our condo is located on 2nd floor which is especially nice during peak season-no waiting for crowded elevators if you don't want to! You can see/hear the ocean (from kitchen, DR, LR and master bedroom) much better than from a higher floor and it is safer for children. Our L-shaped deck is the largest in the complex and overlooks the ocean on one side and the ocean plus pool area on the other. For the same rate that you would pay elsewhere, this condo has been upgraded in 2006 and 2007 with all new, comfortable bed mattresses, new carpet, stove, living room furniture and painting. The kitchen is well equipped with kitchenware and the washer/dryer in the unit is very convenient.
