Spectacular luxury home with pastoral and mountain views just 9 miles from Mount Snow, 1 mile from beach at Lake Raponda and minutes from picturesque village of Wilmington. Private natural pond and beautiful gardens with spa hot tub, large outside deck with seating and Weber grill. Home is newly furnished to the highest standards and features large family room with gas fire, 40 in. TV with surround sound and over 150 satellite channels, dining room seats 10, fully equipped kitchen, den with games table and stone fireplace, office with desk, wireless broadband Internet access throughout house, huge games room with full size Brunswick billiard table, 2nd TV/DVD & sofas. Bedrooms are all extremely spacious and well furnished, both bathrooms have separate bath (jacuzzi in master) and shower.

Nearest Motorway: Rt 9/Rt 100 at 2 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 1 Miles
This is a wonderful year round rental - in winter there are the Mount Snow and Mount Haystack ski resorts close by with skiing, tubing, terrain parks, snowmobiling, etc. and Timber Creek Cross Country Skiing and Fitness Center. There is also easy access to the Vast Snowmobile Area. Adams Farm sleigh rides are great fun for families. In summer there are golf courses, water sports on Lake Raponda, and Lake Whittingham, mountain hiking. Year round there is great shopping and restaurants all over the area. A 3-screen movie theater is close by in West Dover.

Notes: This house is our vacation home as well as being available for rental so it will feel like a home-away-from-home as soon as you walk in. The kitchen is very well equipped with most cookware and utensils you could need. All appliances are new and are mostly Cuisinart. Most basic cooking supplies are there too. The pond in the yard is not fenced so children should be supervised at all times. Pond ice depth must be checked (with augur at house) before skating.

Great place for large group

We came here with 12 people for a family vacation and had a wonderful time! The house is beautifully kept and the pictures are very accurate; plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was completely stocked with all equipment that you'd need. We prepared all our meals at home and had pretty much everything to our disposal. This was also my first time renting a property and I'm grateful I had such a smooth and wonderful first time experience. The owner provided very good customer service; she was friendly and got back to me in a timely manner with answers to all my questions.

Fabulous house

We stayed at the house in 2007 and were really impressed by the space and tranquility of the place. The rooms are decorated beautifully and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. We have two kids (7 and 4) and we really loved it.

Haven for the summer

My friends and I rented this house in the summer and loved the house and its wide range of amenities. It felt like being in a resort. It was very quiet and felt like a perfect haven away from our normal stresses in life. We enjoyed the fact that the house is very close to Wilmington which made it easy to get things we forgot.

The house was very clean and it lives up to its description.

Highly recommended.
