FRI to FRI OR 3 or more nights, but try to arrive or depart on a Friday. Beautiful, clean, two bedroom, two bath 1st floor condominium in the Sea Colony Tennis Community. One bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has its own TV. Another full bath is in the hallway between the second bedroom and the owners closet. The closet is large and available for your use for storage. The main living area has a new love seat and sleep sofa. The wall unit in the living room has a TV, VCR, DVD, and a stereo. The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. The whole condo has new carpeting and a new air conditioner. There is an extra large deck out back with a peaceful, wooded view and plenty of deck furniture. The shuttle to the beach is nearby, as are pools and the fitness center.

Nearest Beach: beach at 0.3 Miles
Car: necessary
Very short walk or bike to the beach- or catch the shuttle. With 1\2 mile private beach, 5 oceanfront pools, and 5 other pools on the 'tennis side' of the community, not to mention 30 outdoor tennis courts, and 4 indoor courts, you will have a wonderful vacation. $35 Recreation fee required for anyone who has reached the age of 4. **fee is lower in the spring** Jan 1st to May 14th $10.00, May 15th to June 4th $15.00, June 5th to Aug 27th $35.00, August 28th to Sept 10th $15.00, Sept 11th to Dec 31st $10.00 We will be happy to pick up your passes for you in advance and deliver them to you with your keys in season. Off season, it depends on our schedule. If we can, we will.

My wife, my 2 children and I had a great vacation at Sea Colony, A truly first class vacation experience.
Nancy met us with our activity passes and all kinds of information and brouchures that made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
God willing, we will be returning next year.

Wonderful Family Vacation!!

This condo provided everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The amenities at Sea Colony were amazing. We would have needed more days to fit in all the available activities. It was awesome. We enjoyed our time and our kids didn't want to go home. They especially enjoyed the Pooh videos at the house. Thanks for all the special touches that helped to make this a true "home away from home." Your attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We plan to be back next year...or maybe even sooner!!

We had a wonderful vacation. This condo met all of our needs while we were there. Close enough to everything, but still quiet and serene. Thank you, Nancy and Fred, for creating a very relaxing atmosphere.
