More Information About Our Home!:
Our home is approximately a 1/2 mile from the beach. The n'hood has a very convenient beach shuttle that you can call and that will pick up and drop off on demand which, unless you rent a home sitting directly on the beach, is almost a must with all of the 'stuff' you typically lug to the beach and back when taking kids. Sea Salt is in the neighborhood Cypress Dunes which is a new development on the west end and beach side of 30A next to Tops'l State Park (awesome hiking/bike/walk trails). The pool, clubhouse and fitness center which is about a 3 minute walk from our home, overlooks the Park Dunes and Gulf and is magnificent. The infinity pool looks as if it is dropping off into the Ocean and the sunsets are spectacular. Small children love the pool as the five foot wide entire length of pool steps gradually enter into the water and make a nice area for kids to play. There is also a large man-made beach area just next to the pool for the kids.
Extra Stuff:
The fitness center is state of the art and for cooler evenings, the clubhouse has an outdoor fireplace for your personal use. The hot tub is extremely large and kept very clean by the n'hood maintenance crew. The developer and builder of Cypress Dunes builds many homes in Watercolor so if you are familiar with that development, Cypress Dunes is on the same scale with respect to quality, n'hood amenities, etc. however not as large of a development. When finished, Cypress Dunes will have approx. 150 homes. To date, the n'hood is about half complete.
We also have a golf cart that is not mentioned in the ad that you can rent for $175.00 for the week. This is nice to ride to the tennis courts or around the cypress pond and walking trails of the n'hood. It is also convenient to take to the clubhouse/pool even though it is a short 2-3 minute walk (again for 'lugging stuff').
