Situated on the new community of Regal Oaks, our villa with ''Americana style' interior, has a great position and view across a beautiful lake. The villa and the (electric heated) pool are south-facing at the lakeside. The bedrooms are: king, queen and 2 twin bedrooms, sleeps 8 people, in combination with 3 bathrooms. 2 tvs are in the house and also a PlayStation 2. The kitchen of course is fully equipped. Guests who like to stay in a spacious, well furnished and relaxing surrounding will enjoy our home. It makes an ideal base to explore the Central Gulf coast with the 60 miles of white beaches and a variety of water sports. The Orlando area is only a leisurely 2 hours drive. Great shopping and outlet-mall for factory stores like polo, Hilfiger nearby. For golfers there are many golfing facilities ''just around the corner'' and art-lovers have the Ringling and Dali museum. Enjoy your stay in our home, you will have quality-time!!

Bradenton/Sarasota: the region has numerous golf courses, boutiques, shopping malls and plazas, even an outlet mall nearby. There are beautifull beaches with powdery white sand (some of which have been voted in the top 20 of the entire USA) and of course the warm waters of the Gulf Coast. Museums, art galleries, restaurants and natural habit to explore in the Myakka State park (see the alligators). Dolphins and manatees are often seen swimming in the Gulf, and you can do many kinds of watersports, fishing and tennis (the famous Nick Bolletieri tennis academy). Racetracks are just 20 minuets away, Bradentonmotorsportspark for drags and the famous Desotospeedway, or visit the Buccaneers when they play. Be prepared to include a few evenings with the resident ballet, opera house, live theater, comedy clubs, and jazz bars. Year around sunny days and tropical breezes invite you to one of the best places on earth.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please email us if you like more info or details. Prices are per week with a minimum of 7 nights.
    Prices include cleaning after departure, water, electricity (except for pool heating), sales/tourist tax and local telephone calls.
    All linen, towels and beach towels are provided, and of course you can use our washing machine and dryer.

    A deposit of $150 per week of rental is due at the time of booking, and balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.
    Full payment is required if the reservation is within 8 weeks of departure.
    A security deposit of $350 will be required, this will be refunded within 5 weeks after your departing date, providing no damage has been sustained.

    Payment accepted in € and $, this can be done with credit card (no American express).

    Pool heating is an additional cost if required, it is recommended from November through to April and costs $100 per week, please let us know in advance if you like to use it.

The house, garden and pool are maintained by professionals from Manatee Tropical Villas, they can always help or assist you; 24/7. In the living area there is a TV with a PlayStation 2, the 2nd TV is in the master bedroom. The interior and decoration are in the Americana-style, the American-flag colours red white and blue, this provides you and your family a great atmosphere during your holidays. It is a comfortable and great place to spent your time in the Sunshine-state.

Local amenities: Supermarkets like Walmart, Publix , Albertsons and Sweet bay, many restaurants like apple bee's, mi pueblo, caraba's, bone fish, Anna maria oyster bar, roadhouse grill , friendly's etc etc, pizza delivery, many many shops are all within a short (bike)drive, also the post office, the library and some banks are very nearby. A large cinema complex is 10 min drive. After a 20 min drive you can shop till you drop for sale-prices at Prime Outlets in Ellenton, designers clothes like Polo Ralph Lauren, DKNY, Nike, Adidas, Converse, Hilfiger, Bass, GAP etc etc. The white sandy Gulf Beaches, like Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Lidokey are all within easy reach with great and free parking and warm blue gulf-water, fun&sun. Also a perfect spot to go are the great cities of Sarasota, St. Petersburg and Tampa.
