We have a 3800 square feet house available. The property is centrally and conveniently located between Hollywood and Beverly Hills in Los Angeles (about a mile or two from each). The house comes equipped with 2 king size bedrooms, 4 queen size bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 singles, 3.5 bathrooms and a beautiful 1200 square feet half enclosed deck with a half open-roof private sundeck. The house also comes equipped with a beautiful large living room, formal dining room (with an 8 seat dining room table), and a laundry facility. The House is tastefully furnished with a vintage feel. (Wood floors and high ceilings). The rooms are tastefully furnished with firm, comfortable beds; clean down comforters, sheets and towels. Across the street there is a staffed park with basketball courts, tennis courts, jungle gym. This home maybe rented as a 5, 6 or 7 bedroom home. Need more room? Option to rent a 400 square feet detached guest cottage on the property. Cottage is only rented with the house.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We have rates for 5 to 7 bedrooms rental and studio rental daily, weekly, monthly and weekends.
  • The 5-bedroom package is $2500.00 a week (2-Kings / 3-Queens & sleeps 10) $500.00 a night
    The 6-bedroom package is $2875.00 a week (2-Kings / 4-Queens & sleep 12) $575.00 a night
    The 7-bedroom package is $3250.00 a week (2-Kings / 4-Queens/2-singles/sleeps 14) $650.00 a night.
    Single night rates start at $700.00 a night /other nightly rates are for 2 night minimums.
  • Please ask about additional units for rent.

    Note: Many weekends are not available because of inquires for the full week rates. We prioritize and prefer full week inquires, but we do have many weekend reservations booked. Feel free to inquire about our daily & monthly rates and availability.

    Cleaning Fee: $250-300 a week

    Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 processing fee. All cancellations must be made in writing (email acceptable). For cancellations less than 120 days, Security Deposit is forfeited. Less than 30 (thirty) days of your check-in date your full rent and taxes will be forfeited (unless dates can be re-booked). The security Deposit shall be returned.
