This cabin is a spacious getaway in the mountains near Park City. There are 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and beds for 18 (2 Kings, 4 Queens and 6 Twins). It is located in a private setting 10-15 minutes from Park City. Adjacent bunkhouse is available late May – late September and can sleep an additional 8 (1 Q, 6 T). It has TV and DVD player w/hook-ups for your own gaming system. Features: private hot tub, billiard table, foosball table, flat screen w/HDTV, large movie screen w/projector & surround sound, high-speed Internet and fireplace. All the furnishings are of the highest quality including leather couches, pine furniture, quality mattresses w/all linens & towels provided. The Kitchen is fully equipped w/microwave, double oven, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, blender, coffee maker, pancake griddle, outdoor BBQ grill & huge covered wrap-around deck. Enjoy nature w/onsite biking, ATVs, & snowmobiling. Winter requires 4-wheel drive vehicles.

The cabin is located in a beautiful canyon near Park City. Access is all year round but 4 wheel drive is mandatory Nov. - Apr (can have snow as early as Oct and into May). It is located in the aspens with pine trees also in the area. Very private setting with only a few cabins within view. The top peak of Deer Valley (eg Bald Eagle) is easy to spot from the back deck.

Cabin Details: This Brand New, 4000-square-foot cabin was completed 2007. It is located 15-20 minutes from Park City. Very private setting at 8500 feet with a beautiful view of the canyon below. This deluxe cabin has all new high quality furnishings including leather couches, pine furniture, billiard table, big-screen flat panel, and large screen projector both with HDTV. It has six bedrooms, three full baths and beds for eighteen. Kitchen is fully equipped. We are building a new cabin just next door to this cabin available summer '08. You can have your family reunion, ski vacation, or company function. Please inquire for more information.

Additional details: The outdoor hot tub is located under the covered wrap around deck. There is also access to 1000's of acres of snowmobile and atv play areas and trails.

Our family reuinion was held in a beautiful cabin in Park City Ut. We had a great time, the cabin was very nice, clean and well stocked with dishes, towels, cooking equiotment and more. The hot tub was a big hit and so was the home theater room and pool table. Emily and Monica were very pleasent to work with and always ansered my questions and concerns promptly. This is the first time our family has done something like this but it definately wont be the last, and I will definately call Emily or Monica for future reservations. and would recomend them to all my friends.

New Year's Week 2008

The interior of the cabin is well represented in the online pictures. There are a few minor cosmetic details that need attention (bathroom tiles) but did not affect our stay. If you plan to stay in the winter, be aware that there is no heat in the basement (3 bedrooms, bath and theater room). The landlord provided extra electric heaters which made the situation much better but know that when it's really cold outside (<20') it will be cold in the basement. The driveway and parking is probably the biggest problem with the cabin. Parking is on a very steep incline and in inclement weather it may be next to impossible to get out. We got 12 inches of snow the night before we were to fly out of SLC and only with the help of the landlord (to his credit and much thanks for his assistance) were we able to get out. A four wheel drive vehicle is definitely needed in the winter and we were informed of this beforehand. All in all, we had a great week with extended family! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. The views from the cabin are wonderful but be prepared to be in a remote setting. It's at least a 10 minute drive up hill from I 80 and can be treacherous in the snow. We drove everyday to a different ski resort. That was our plan (to drive each day) otherwise, you may want to stay closer in town. In case of a big storm, you'd probably be snow bound for a day or so in this cabin.

Fabulous Reunion

Though getting to it was tricky the first time, it was well worth the effort. The setting was very nice and we enjoyed the cool evening breezes. My family - 20 people total- had a great time at this location. The facilities were clean and well cared for. It was very comfortable and family friendly. Room to spread out, with open space on all three floors. Plenty of hot water and the washing facilities were great. Kitchen was very well equiped and the extra fridge in basement, though small, was a life saver. The children loved the wrap around porch and ate all their meals out there. Driveway was paved, which made parking much nicer - we had five vehicles and 2 trailers with wave runners. The owners were easy to work with and very friendly. Jordanelle Reservoir and Olympic Park are easy to get to.

We used the cabin for a girls get away and had a great time. The propery owner was friendly and honest. The cabin was beautiful inside and out. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very Impressive Property

The property was great. It was very comfortable--great furniture, plenty of sleeping space for everyone. The hot tub was in great working condition. The place was fully stocked with plenty of towels and linens.

The description was right on. It was very accurate--15 minutes from Park City.

The property felt like new! Everything was in excellent condition.

The owner was very cordial and replied to my emails or called me back promptly (if I had to leave message).

Yes, I would recommend this property to my friends, coworkers, or family members.

The only things lacking were the downstairs temperature (a little cold) and the driveway (not a ton of parking spaces). But it was ok.
