We feature: 1. Large new (2004) home 2. Spectacular Gulf views from Destin to Panama City at this four story home overlooking Seaside/Seagrove Beach. 3. Large private heated pool with beautiful landscaping throughout property. 4. Large elevator. 5. Very high end decor and bedding- we compete with the nicest quality homes for rent in the area. 6. Fenced property with no through traffic-very safe for children. 7. Closer to beach than 99% of homes in Seaside/Seagrove/ Watercolor-two lots off Gulf. 8. Ample parking-leave car at home since groceries, entertainment, restaurants, shopping a 2 minute walk into downtown Seaside; Watercolor Publix 5 minute walk as well. 9. Excellent property management company to ensure your vacation needs are always met.

Rental History: Azure Leisure was completed in 2004. It immediately became very popular along with it's sister home A Point of View located next door. We book completely for the summer each year, as well as have many other guests througout the remainder of the year. We have had repeat guests stay with us on many occassions. Some guests have rented from us five times! We can provide many references. Also check guest comments.

About Chuck and Emilie Sykes

Katie, Emilie, and Julia Sykes...I took the picture, so I'm not in it!!!

Katie is a senior at The University of Georgia Honors Program. Julia is a sophomore at UGA too. Emilie and I (Chuck) try to keep up with our daughters in addition to work and spending time at our beautiful beach.

We very much enjoy hosting great beach vacations for our guests when we cannot be there ourselves!

The beaches between Destin and Panama City, along Scenic 30A, are among the most beautiful in the world. The beautiful warm emerald green Gulf and the interesting architecture in the various small upscale communities in our area are most appealing. We avoid the crowds since Scenic 30A has only single family homes and low rise small condominiums.

Multiple great golf courses close by; Eden State Park (Charleston-like feel) 5 minutes north on bay; new Panama City airport 20 minutes east.

24th anniversery of law school graduation

Five menopausal women from all over the country gathered at Azure Leisure to celebrate 24th anniversery of law school graduation....laughed our asses off, played cards, and remembered when we all had less wrinkles and less money!

We all had a great time!

This was a combination family vacation and senior trip/gift for our oldest son and some friends. We all had a great time at Azure Leisure. This is a great house due to the size and layout that allowed everyone to have plenty of space for relaxation. I am sure we will be doing this again in a couple of years for our second son!

Christmas and New Year vacation at Azure Lesure

When we first arrived we were overwhelmed with joy! Azure Leisure was bigger than any of the pictures we had seen. The bathrooms and closets were all conveniently placed and easily accessible. We had a great experience and plan to be back soon!
The house has everything you could imagine and an easy walk to the beach!
