Wake up to wonderful light reflected off the ocean just steps from your door. Do some beach-combing after breakfast prepared in the neat, modern kitchen. Then take in the shopping, restaurants and sights in nearby Provincetown which is about one mile away. While you're there, try a whale watch or a tour of the dunes. Visit art galleries or stop in at the museum. Take the trolley in Provincetown and learn some fascinating history about this area of the Cape. Try a round of golf at Highland Light after you visit the lighthouse. At the end of the day, sleep soundly as the waves wash against the beach outside your door.

What a great find ..a beautiful cottage, beautifully appointed, Sept. 2007
My travelling companion had to cancel at the last minute so I soloed this trip. The owners had a heads up and accommodated my wish to have one of the futons up to use as a sofa. It's hard to put into words how comfortable this little cottage is. The amenities are amazing, all in one little compact abode that never felt small. Sparkling bathroom and kitchen that were fully equipped...it was perfect. The eating area had an ocean view. I bicycled into Provincetown and experienced freedom from trying to find a parking spot. The bus ran by the cottage on a regular basis. I am gluten free so I used the app on my phone and chose a destination each day to travel to to have a meal. This way I explored all the little hamlets and towns on the cape (by car). The national seashore was close by - I got to see it all and still walk the beach outside the cottage in the morning and evening. The sunsets were otherworldly, the beach combing very fruitful. I already am formulating next years' stay. This is a jewel. I loved the little private courtyard and the serene sound of birds, even the road traffic didn't deter me from keeping the windows open and enjoying the surf sounds. Thank you Sandra and Donna for providing everything needed. You thought of everything and it's so appreciated.
This is our 5th year staying at this sweet little cottage. We come back each year because the property is well loved and care for by the owners.
It is sweet, clean, tastefully decorated, functional, and has everything you need to be comfortable while enjoying time on the Cape.
Each year we return to this cottage, we are thrilled that we can essentially walk out the door, pass thru a small port, and find ourselves on the beach (bay). We enjoy walking the beach each morning and evening and have spent hours sitting on the beach enjoying the quiet.
The owners are very attentive and are fabulous with communicating with us. The attention to detail is rather amazing. You will have everything you need to find your way about the cape because Donna and Sandra have brouchures, menus, etc. The cottage is well stocked with daily living needs and there is the freedom to enjoy the full functioning kitchen. We have made many breakfasts in the kitchen - enabling us to save money and to enjoy breakfast out on the back patio facing the ocean. This year, in particular, was fantastic for views and quiet lazy mornings of coffee, reading, and just staring out at the water...
I look forward to going back each year. I'm already counting down the days! I'm so grateful we have had so many opportunities to enjoy this sweet piece of heaven.
Thanks so much Donna and Sandra for sharing your cottage with us.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
We felt truly on vacation as we stepped over the threshold into this clean, greatly located cottage. My husband and I just returned from your property and truly felt like we were your special guests and everything that we could possibly want was at our fingertips. From the brochures about the location to the perfect sitting location on the attached deck. We sat on the beach during the day, dined at wonderful restaurants in the evening, watched the sunset and fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean. The weather was prefect and the cottage even better. The only bad thing I can say is that we had to leave. We look forward to booking with you guys next year and can't thank you enough for sharing your Piece of Paradise with us.

This is a little slice of heaven! Quiet, safe, clean, modern and steps from the water. This cottage is perfect for tired parents or a small family. I have been fortunate to enjoy this cottage for two years in a row for alone time. Each time was fantistic with many activities. The best part was taking the shuttle( which leaves every 1/2 hr) to enjoy shopping, dining and shows in P-Town. After an evening of fun I listened to the waves and slept for 14 hrs. I love this place! When I need to escape I think of this little slice of heaven, beautiful beach, sunsets, and many new friends. Thank You for sharing it with me.
Perfect location, we could go to sleep with the sound of the waves outside the back door, look out across the bay at the fabulous views, walk up and down the beach, and catch the bus to P-Town which stopped a few feet down the street. What more could you ask for? We didn't want to leave. The cottage itself was great, much larger than we thought, and modern and immaculate.
Truro is known for its many ocean beaches and beautiful sand dunes. Artists have always been attracted to the area for the scenery and wonderful light. There are many things to do here. At the same time, one can experience the peace and serenity that can only be found near the ocean.
The months of September and October are particularly lovely on the Cape. The days are mild and the nights cool. The ocean is still warm enough to swim. The crowds are gone, which gives you more space and time to explore the area.
