Because it is the last building on the north end of the beach, there are NO buildings to obstruct the beautiful views of the gulf and bird sanctuary (not found on many other beach condos!) Your vacation condo also offers views and easy access to popular Tigertail Beach which provides water toy and cabana rentals as well as refreshments. Tired of the beach? Frequently asked questions: How far is the beach? Our condo is directly on the beach. It is approximately 100 yards to the water's edge. It is also in close proximity to popular Tigertail beach which rents cabanas, water toys and offers snacks and a grill. How far are restaurants and shopping? Marco Island offers an abundance of shopping and dining (formal or informal) approximately 1/2 mile from the entrance. Are there any grocery stores nearby? Yes, there are several grocery stores if you'd prefer to use the fully equipped kitchen. Is there a gourmet coffee shop nearby? Yes! Starbucks is approximately 5 minutes from our condo. If you'd prefer to walk, Tigertail Beach offers specialty coffees.

My husband and myself have the luxury of being retired. I contacted Joan about her condothrough Homeaway.com and we rented it for Nov., Dec., and part of Jan. The weather was fantastic and the condo was very clean,bright, and comfortable. It was very well equipt, and quiet , with a huge beach a few steps away. The pool was large and beautiful for morning lap swimming. I highly recommend this property for a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful relaxing multigenerational paradise

We had the joy of staying in this unit with my teenage neice, parents, and ourselves. The view was fabulous and the beach was wonderful, a bit of a hike but very clean and uncrowded. The complex was well maintained and quiet. Residents where friendly but not intrusive. Many great restuarants near by, the trip to Naples is easy and offers more dining options. All of us enjoyed our time at the condo. There was a registration fee per car that was not disclosed ahead of time which was minorly annoying. On site manager was not very pleasant. Joan and the local rental agency were wonderful to work with. The unit had everything you could want, including beach towels, beach chairs and unbrellas! The elveator make the trip to the beach easy and they where very fast. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat. The sunsets from the balcony where breathtaking and breakfast overlooking the gulf was a treat.
