Located in the shadow of Deer Valley’s Bald Mountain, our condo is the perfect setting for your family’s summer or winter vacation. The condo is ideally setup for two couples or a family with 2/3 children.

We use our condo primarily as our second home; therefore, we offer may upgrades you will not find in your typical “rental” property. We take pride in our unit and make every effort to provide our guests with the amenities you expect when selecting quality lodging for your vacation. We are confident that you will appreciate the condo’s comfy / cozy and home like surroundings. We offer many amenities such as upgraded linens, fluffy towels, a well equipped kitchen, upgrades and other personal touches. You will immediately appreciate the cleanliness of the condo, which we maintain in top rate condition for our guests.

The condo features a service island, breakfast/dining area, balcony, gas BBQ, a comfortably furnished living room with fireplace. Our East facing location provides a very nice view of the Jordanelle reservoir and brings warming sunshine on cold winter mornings. For your enjoyment, there is an upgraded entertainment system with flat screen TV and home theater system. We provide a video library, many books, games, puzzles, and local tourist / dining information. Inside the condo, there is a laundry room with washer, dryer and detergent for our guest's use. In 2013, the condo was completely refreshed refurbished and re-carpeted.

The Master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with upgraded matress and linens, a walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The second bedroom sleeps three in a rustic Twin/Full bunk bed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well separated, which provides excellent privacy to everyone.

The Fox Bay condo complex is well maintained. The property includes security doors and convenient underground parking. Our condo is located on the first floor with easy access when unloading and unpacking.

Our condo is professionally maintained for your convenience. If you should ever have a problem during your stay you can get immediate help through our locally-based property management company located minutes away in Heber City.

There is a fully equipped workout facility, recreation area with pool table and ping pong table, and a heated outdoor hot tub in the Fox Bay Club House.

Discover the Fox Bay 'secret' of accessibility that this location provides, especially to the Deer Crest gondola lift access. You access this resort without the congestion or hassle of driving into the crowded resort main parking lots. You will appreciate easy parking right at the Deer Valley's gondola located 1.5 miles across the highway (less than a 5 minute drive). Complementary ski storage is also available at the lift. The Park City and Canyons resorts are 15 and 20 minute drive as well. The trip to and from SLC international airport is also freeway close - about a 45 minute drive.

Our experience at the Bruce’s condo was great.
We emphasize the willingness and permanent disposition of the owners to offer all the assistance and to respond to the consultations that as visitors may need. Park City is faraway the place where we live, but the condo made us feel like we have a home here.
The unit is wonderful. Very well equipped and maintained. The details the owners give to the apartment make the difference, and they show they equipped and maintain the unit for the visitors and for their own use. New carpets, new LED TV, new towels, upgraded linnens and pillows, etc,etc. A complete kitchen, with an additional barbecue at the balcony, the inside washer-dryer, covered parking at the private building garage, everything works, exceptional cleanliness, etc. It met all our expectations and more. Skiing was awesome. Thanks for a great stay. February 15th, 2014

EXCELLENT VACATION SPOT!

Bruce and Gail are wonderful hosts! The condo is immaculate and they outfit it with all the paper products, cleaning supplies and basic kitchen items you could ever expect. We stayed for 15 days and had no issues and only great experiences. The morning views and afternoon sun stream in; the gas fireplace is ideal. There is a beautiful deck with a grill. Bedding in the master bedroom is top drawer and the kids slept soundly in the twin over queen bunk beds. Two very large, very clean baths and full size washer and dryer. The garage parking space was excellent on the cold winter days and an easy one flight of steps to the condo. You are just minutes from the Deer Valley Jordenelle lift and using the exit to Park City off the freeway, you are no more than 15-20 min to the PC lifts, even closer than Kimbell Junction (where we have stayed before). We didn't use the complex hot tub or the exercise room but they are close to the condo and well appointed. The wifi connection was very fast and we had no issues with at least 4 devices on at the same time. Directions and previsit information from Bruce made the stay effortless - not something we have always had with other condos. We would highly recommend this property for your winter or summer stay and hope to return in the next year or two! Thanks for everything Bruce and Gail!

OUTSTANDING FOXBAY CONDO

This lovely Foxbay condo had everything we were looking for - comfortable, fully equipped, pleasantly decorated and well maintained, not to mention a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. The owners were very accommodating and helpful in making our vacation most enjoyable. We were minutes from the Jordanelle Gondola which provided easy access to Deer Valley without the crowds and lines. The location made it so easy to get on the slopes that we wished we could have stayed longer! We are happy to say that this condo lived up to our expectations and beyond!

WONDERFUL CONDO NEAR DEER VALLEY

We have just returned from a vacation in this beautiful condo that is perfect for a family of 4. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked(including soap and spices), plenty of movies and games and in unit laundry. We skied Deer Valley and drove to the snow at Snowbird and Alta. We enjoyed snowmobiling at Thousand Peaks and award winning burgers at Hi Mountain Drug. Thank you to Bruce and Gail for the use of their lovely mountain condo.

My wife and I stayed in this property from 20 June thru 19 July 2012. During our month long stay the owners and their management company were not often needed but were very responsive when asked for assistance. All of the appliances, fixtures and furniture are in good condition and unit is well appointed. The location of the condo is in the lower third of the development which is closest to the Jourdanelle Resevoir. The views of the mountains and the lake are quite good. We have stayed in other condos since our retirement and I would rate this one as one of the best in terms of management, condition, outfit, and location.
