Enjoy an incredible vacation in Aruba at our newly-completed vacation home located within a six minute drive of Aruba's finest beaches. Our vacationhome in Aruba home features a blend Caribbean flair and traditional Dutch influences which have characterized the island since the 1600s. The red roof tiles, spacious porches, ample windows, traditional Aruba style kitchen, and designer tiles; all add up to this unique Cunucu motif. The vhome is set amidst 53 architecturally integrated homes in a special neighborhood with a private pool and clubhouse and owners from around the world. Although set in the quiet of the Aruba countryside of Noord, our vacation home is only a six to eight minute drive to the famed beaches and hotels of the Caribbean coast of Aruba. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a Whirlpool dishwasher and granite countertops. The flooring throughout is imported Italian tile. Unique decorator touches are evident throughout the home.

  • The bathrooms are totally tiled with Italian tiles from flooring all the way to the ceiling. Each bath has large pedastal sink with designer faucets. The showers are huge. There is an outdoor shower on the north side of our home which is nice when returning from a day at the beach.

  • Each bedroom has designer window treatments, spreads and decorator touches. There is a massive walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Bathrooms are huge, fully tiled from floors to ceilings and feature massive walk-in shower areas. We also have a guest house in the backyard with full kitchen, full bath, comfortable futon bed with sleeping for two, cable TV, stereo, a/c, eating area and more. The guest house may be included with the main house for $295/week or rented alone for $595 when available.

Beach details: We are a short six to eight minute drive from the best of Aruba's beaches. All beaches are public in Aruba. You may take your beach chairs and towels wherever you wish. Parking is available near most of the best beaches at no cost. The water is in the 80s year round! It is incredible!

Car details: We have just purchased a beautiful 2004 Hyundai Sonata. It is a five passenger car with four doors and a very spacious trunk. It features leather seats, a/c, sunroof, and stereo system. The car may be included in your rental for $250 per week. When included, our property manager will meet you at the Aruba airport and escort you to our home with the car.

Sports details: We are a short 8 to 10 minute drive from the 18 hole Tierra del Sol golf course and the 9 hole Divi Links course. There is fantastic snorkeling (we have two sets of gear for you), diving (rent your own), windsurfing (we have one rig that you may use), parasailing, tubing, caving, hiking, mountain biking in the National Park, horseback riding along the ocean, and more.....

Golf: There is a world class 18 hole course, Tierra del Sol, located just 8 minutes from our home. There is also a nine hole course at the Divi Resort and that is also within ten minutes of our home.

Other Activities: many diving opportunities off wrecked vessels
