Come stay in the Beach Retreat Condos in the Destin area on Scenic Gulf Drive very close to Pompano Joes! 1st floor unit over looking 300 feet of re-nourished white sugary beach! 3BR/3BA with bunks, sleeps 10! Nicely decorated and plenty of room, you'll love this condo! Fantastic Gulf views from living room and master bedroom! Beach Retreat has a 3000 square foot heated pool, BBQ Grills, Picnic area, Exercise Room, & deeded (Private) beach access! This condo is ground floor so no stairs to climb! Conveniently located to all the major attractions. The Destin Commons Mall is about a mile and a half to the west and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is the same distance to the east! All water sports including para-sailing, jet skiing, surfing, etc are all right at the beach! Take a dolphin cruise or a deep sea fishing trip at the Destin Harbor! Restaurants are close too! Walk to Pompano Joes, Captain Dave's, & Kenny D's. Great location, great views, great price!

The Destin area is widely known as the 'Luckiest Fishing Village in the World!' Deep sea fishing is very popular and Destin hosts many fishing tournaments. Fishing isn't the only attraction though! The sugar white beaches, the mild climate, and the clear blue-green waters are a big attraction! The Destin area also boasts several shopping areas including the Destin Commons Mall which also includes restaurants and a movie theater. There is also a designer outlet mall in the area called, 'Silver Sands Outlet Mall' with many designer outlet stores. The harbor area has shopping, dining, and boating! Don't miss taking a dolphin cruise! There are plenty of dolphin to see in the area. There are several water parks in the area and water sports are plentiful on the bay side as well as the Gulf side of the island! If Golf is your game of choice, there are several championship golf courses to play! Tennis is also widely available. Beach Retreat is close to all shopping and activities!

Great place for your family vacation!

This condo met all of our expectations. We have a family of 4 with two small children and we vacationed with another family of 4 as well as my sister and her daughter. The sleeping quarters worked out perfect for us. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. The living/kitchen area of the condo is very spacious. Added bonus is the decor, master bath and the well equipped kitchen. The pool is great! The beach access is very conveniently located across the street. The patio has a nice ocean view. Having two small children, I was very happy that we were on the first floor and had a yard for my children to play in, while the adults enjoyed the patio. We felt like we got a top notch vacation at a budget price. Convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment by car. One small complaint, we only received two parking passes and we had three vehicles. Security is very strict about parking. Overall I give this property an A+ and would definitely recommend it to a friend and any family with children of any age.
