Offering the utmost in Caribbean charm and comfort, this spacious 1600 sq ft two bedroom, two bath condo located on the north end of Half Moon Bay. Our corner ground floor condo is directly in front of a white sand beach, then the water, and a stunning coral reef! Opposite the beach in the courtyard, beautiful gardens surround a large private pool that includes a lap lane. It provides a shady lush contrast to the surf and beach.
Throughout the condo special touches abound. SeaScape is decorated and outfitted using the best of local materials and craftsmanship: including stained glass, handpainted Talavera ceramics, mexican handblown glass, and sustainable hardwood furniture. Every amenity has been thought of as this is truly our second home! A few examples: high quality linens, private beach loungers, Mexican cell phone, spa quality bath products, etc.
The condominium, nestled between the gardens and the beach, on the ground floor, has floor-to-ceiling windows. This provides expansive views to the beach and bay, and along with the extra tall ceilings create an extra sense of spaciousness to the already large open design. As a second living area, the beach-side covered patio is fully screened and in addition to its comfortable seating has a stunning sea-life wall mural of Half Moon Bay! Simply step outside to the lawn area with your own Private Beach Loungers and then 5 steps and you are on the beach.
All amenities are provided for a quiet, relaxing but fulfilling vacation. As this is the owner's private retreat, there are many extras that won't be found in most other condos. Special features are throughout, just too many to list.

There are two king-size bedrooms with full bathrooms. Both bedrooms have special orthopedic mattresses and extreme padding, combined with 400ct Egyptian cotton sheets provide the most comfortable sleeping in All Of Akumal.
The master bedroom is done in a contemporary Caribbean color scheme has Mexican mahogny closets. It's private attached is a mini-spa retreat with local marbles, natural sea glass and shell, and a custom mohagany vanity with plenty of drawers and space.
The guest bedroom is decorated in a butterfly theme with butterfly theme with a custom headboard, and hand carved mahogany dresser is sure to delight guests, and has its own private patio and seating looking into the expansive gardens.
Located on the north end of Half Moon Bay, our beach is one of the more private beaches in Akumal. In additional to the condo's personal beach loungers, tables and chairs; Palapas and beach loungers are available for your use. Step off into the water and enjoy some of the best snorkeling in the area. When you need a break from the sand and salt, our gardens with native orchids with our large swimmable pool provide a wonderful setting.
Akumal is sixty miles south of Cancun International Airport, south on the four lane, newly renovated highway 307. While Akumal is a quiet, laid-back area focused on beautiful beaches, snorkeling and pristine diving, it is literally twenty minutes from everything. There are Mayan ruins, golf, nature parks, cenotes, even active nightlife. This truly is the perfect place to create lifetime memories!
