Relax on the balcony off the master suite with King Size bed and master bathroom with separate shower and whirlpool soaking tub. Three additional bedrooms with two queen size beds and two twin beds. Washer and dryer, kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and sunny breakfast room which opens to deck and screened lanai. Very large great room/dining room. Dock and lift for your boat or fishing. Beautiful beaches approximately 1 mile. Shopping, restaurants, movie theater, water sports, boat rentals all within 5 - 10 minute drive.

Marco Island is a beautiful City located just south of Naples. Come to Marco for the beautiful beaches, water sports, boating, biking, fishing, golf, tennis and lots more! For the shopaholics - you can shop till you drop in Naples or at the renowned Outlet Mall in Miramar! Marco also has many great local shops. There is a Starbucks, Cold Stone, Chico's, a movie theatre and a multitude of great restaurants. Many who come to Marco love it for its peace , the seashore and the wildlife. Watch the pelicans feed on the sea as you sunbathe or search for Manatees in the canals! For real nature lovers, the everglades are 20 miles east heading for Miami (which is only 1.5 hours away) and here you will encounter alligators and learn all about the mangroves. No doubt you will want to return to this fabulous island!
