Holman Hangout is located in the heart of Historic Grayton and is one of Grayton's original beach cottages. This rustic beach cottage, with its eclectic decor was built in the 1940's, but has all the modern conveniences. It still retains the 'old beach cottage' style. It is very large and spacious, perfect for large families or reunions. It is located on Western Lake and only a short walking distance (200 yds.) to the beach, local restaurants (the famous Red Bar Restaurant) and shops. The three outside showers are great for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach. Afterwards relax on the large screened porch, with its gorgeous view of the lake and dunes. Grayton is minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Destin.

Holman's is a slice of old Florida at it's finest.If you're looking for a quiet peaceful place to read a book,ride a bike or walk on the beach Holman's at Grayton Beach is the place you're looking for.
Good fishing in the lake out the front door and in the Gulf less than 5 min. away.Close to shopping,groceries and great dining.Sunset at The Red Bar is a must !!
The owners are very friendly and easy to deal with.A great place for families or a group of good friends.
