This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located on a large lot backing to greenbelt in desirable Dove Valley Ranch. The home is tastefully appointed and furnished in the style of the southwest and fully equipped for 6 people. The master suite has a king size bed and large bathroom, another bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twins. The great room has a flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. The kitchen has all the conveniences of home and adjoins the informal dining area. High speed Internet and a computer work area is also provided. Outside, the backyard is beautifully landscaped and the sparkling pebble-tec pool is heated (additional charge applies) and has a security fence. There is a stainless steel gas barbeque, outdoor dining furniture and chaise lounges. This home is conveniently located to the 101 freeway, shopping, dining and numerous sports venues. You won't want to leave!!

Day trips or weekends: Sedona (1½ hours, Oak Creek and famous Red Rocks, try a horseback ride or Pink Jeep tour), The Grand Canyon (4 hours), Old West Prescott or Jerome (1½ hours), Old Tucson (2 hours). Flagstaff (2 hours, snowboarding, skiing)

Exceeded Expectations!

This vacation home exceeded our expectations! The floor plan allowed each couple privacy.The home was clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. It is well located in a nice neighborhood near stores. The pool was a perfect size and allowed us to enjoy the sun and relax. The owners were friendly and easy to work with. We would certainly recommend this home to others and look forward to renting it again soon.
We would recommend The Verde Canyon Train Trip (It is worth it to go first class) and the Botanical Gardens. Cheese Cake Factory and PF Chang's were excellent restaurants.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A perfect week

There is nothing that is left out by the owners of this property. From the initial inquiry to the last day of our stay they were helpful and ensured that we had a great time. The house is perfect for family life and with the option of heating the pool, we were able to enjoy some summer in the middle of winter. The area around the house afforded us the opportunity to enjoy tons of outdoor time as well as easy access to the local restaurants and shops. Our family (including a three year old) had a fantastic time and dealing with the owners couldn't be easier. Rest assured you will enjoy this property.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

My husband and I recently stayed at this property in January-February 2009. I highly recommend this property. The home is lovely, and the pool area and landscaping are gorgeous. The owners were excellent to work with and very accommodating.

This was our first time renting from Home Away and we were very impressed.

Best vacation house we've rented!

This is a great vacaction home!! It is well maintained and very, very clean!! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. The pool was very nice and refreshing.

The house is located in a very nice neighborhood, we felt very safe there, lot of families living there. Neighbors are friendly. There's a walking path behind the home for people who like to walk.

Close to shopping centers. I do recommend a GPS for people that are not familiar with Arizona. The owners are great too, very personable and easy to work with. They made sure that we would be able to contact them 24/7.

We would definitely rent this home again, if it's available.
