Drive up paved road to your three bedroom, three bath chalet that has spectacular views off the front porch which sits on 7.9 acres. First floor has two twin beds, bath and shower, washer, dryer-Main level has wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, living room with lazy boy recliners, rocker recliner and love seat with two recliners. Queen bed with walk-in closet and bath, shower and tub-Up stairs to loft which includes walk-in closet, bath and shower. Totally furnished, just bring tooth brushes. Outdoor furniture with grill.

A Beautiful Vacation Spot

This mountain retreat is a wonderful place to get away from it all. The views are gorgeous and Murphy is a lovely town. The chalet is well maintained and decorated beautifully. Our children loved the games available at night after spending the day exploring the surrounding mountains. Everyone we talked to, from the owner to the care taker, was very helpful and kind. We would recommend this property to families or couples just looking to get away. We look forward to coming back in the future.

A great get away

If you are looking to get away from it all, this is the place to stay. The accomodations were clean,charming and relaxing. The attention to detail was amazing. All the comforts of home were provided. The view of the mountains and the sunsets were delightful. Be prepared to do a little driving as there is not much to do close by. If you get a chance try to visit the Country Rib restaurant on Rte 64 The service and food was excellent. It was tough going a week without access to the internet, but we survived. Also we were unable to watch the Boston Red Sox as the channel they were on was not purchased. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family

Relaxing Getaway

If you're looking to get away from it all, this is the place for you. Although the chalet is central in location to the town of Murphy and various attractions, when you step onto the property, you feel like you are in your own isolated retreat. The view is incredible and the chalet has all the comforts of home with a very well equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms and living areas. Outside communication is limited to cell phone use ( as noted in the property description) with no internet or phone in the chalet. We found 2 visitors centers in Murphy which were very welcoming in allowing us ample time to use their Wi-Fi as were the local library and The Daily Grind Coffee shop.
There are many tourist activities within a 2 hour drive of the property. I recommend making a stop at the local flea market on Sat. a.m. We found many interesting treasures. Also a trip to Vogel State Park in GA and a tubing adventure in Helen GA were highlights for our kids. All in all we had a very relaxing stay and really enjoyed this spot. I would definitely recommend this chalet to my friends
