Agerola Vacation Rental apartment: AMALFI

The appartment 'Bouganvillia' was as described, and was as it looked in the photos!. The property was clean and well equiped, although we did have to buy some large cups as the only ones available in the appartment were espresso cups! There was a small shop in the village which supplied most things we needed, as well as postcards! There was also a post office, a bancomat and a tabbachi/cafe. There were other larger supermarkets reasonably nearby. The lady who lived in the appartment above and was available to help was extremely pleasant and helpful. The view from the appartment was glorious and it was quite well placed for visiting all the places we wanted to see, Pompei, Amalfi, Ravello, Sorrento, Paestum, Naples etc. The circumvesuviana train service is also quite useful. The one draw-back, that wasn't mentioned, was that the appartment was 50 steps down from the road and as I had a sore knee, it was a slight inconvenience, so the property is not suitable for anyone with disabilities or who has difficulty managing steps.I would recommend the appartment to anyone who can manage the steps! We very much enjoyed our 2 weeks there.
