Location / location, this newly renovated charming home enjoys a wonderful setting less than approximately 100 yards to a waterside grassy private lot, an additional 50 yards to Windmill Beach and Smugglers Beaches, restaurants, shopping, miniature golf, batting cages and historical sites within 1/2 mile. 63 holes of great golf within 2 miles. Something for everybody to do.

Yet, private yard (completely fenced) safety for children over 50 yards from nearest main public road. Spacious kitchen (seats 18), open family room, brick patio, wooden deck and outside hot/cold shower are some of the favorites.

Rich in history, the home was floated over from Nantucket when the Whaling Industry went bust. was then Bass River producing sea salt.
