Located at world famous Pinnacle Port. This lovely penthouse is in the tower. Here you can enjoy the Florida sun from your private balconies or take the elevator to the beach. The living room balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico; This unit is tastefully decorated with a Don Hatfield Print in the living area & has ceramic tile thoughout first floor. The stairs and second floor has new carpet. The master bedroom has a queen bed with pillow top matress and the second bedroom has twin beds. . Kitchen. Living and Dining area and balconies. has ceramic tile, plus new blinds throughout. For your pleasure when inside is a new Sony flat screen 40' HDTV, and a new 21' TV is in each bedroom. On each balcony is a table and chairs and a chaise lounge for your leisure. This unique property is gulf front and has an eight hundred plus acre lake at the back door with fishing pier and marina for your fishing pleasure. This beautiful penthouse has been owned by current owner for more than 20 years.

Native Georgia and grew up approximately 50 miles south of Augusta.

After three years in the miIitary following High School, I attended the University of Georgia. I have lived in the Atlanta Area since the early '60's and live there currently as a Cobb County resident.

This property is unique. It was just a good time to purchase Gulf Front.

Thinking back it appears to always be a good time to buy property on the Gulf.

What makes this condo unique

This property is Gulf Front and has an eight hundred plus acre fresh water (brackish) lake at the back door. On the West side of Pinnacle Port is a one hundred acre state park though yet undeveloped.

I am 300 plus miles away and both guests and I benefit from this arrancement

Our first time to Pinnacle Port and we fell in love with it. Great views, wonderful location. Appreciated the wi fi in the room and the many new appliances. People were friendly, place was quiet and relaxing.

This was the 3rd time my family and I have stayed here and it gets better every time. The grounds are constantly trying to improve for guests. It is a family friendly environment and off the beaten path of rowdy tourists.

Wonderful place for our family!

The owner was wonderfully nice and helpful. This unit was beautiful and well equiped. The view was specatacular! Would stay here many times over. Had a great time in PC without the hassle of being downtown, but close enough to drive to.

The listing description and photos were accurate regarding the location. Very clean and cozy. Blinds in master kept banging against window when air was on, so I had to put bedding up against them while sleeping. The owner was very helpful and communicated when needed. I would recommend this property to others.We rented a double kayak on the nearby lake Powell, Went to dine and enjoy the live alligators at Bayou Bills, rented a pontoon boat at St. Andrews State Park: swam and snorkeled and saw dolphins jumping at shell island, went parasailing, shopped at pierpark too. Did our grocery shopping at nearby Publix market. Swam and snorkeled in clean gulf right out front of our condo, where we found lots of nice shells!!

Listing photos accurate. We loved both balcony views! The owner was always helpful and communicated when needed.I would recommend this property to others. We took out a double Kayak on lake Powell, ate dinner and enjoyed the live alligators at Bayou Bills, Bought groceries at near by Publix market, swam and snorkeled at St. Andrews State Park-and rented a Pontoon boat and went to see dolphins jump at Shell Island, Shopped and ate at Pier Park, and Parasailed. Lots to do! Enjoyed beach: clean water this year!!! We liked being away from all the noise, traffic, and high rises. Nice community of rainbow homes in Carillon.
