Villa Mediterranean is an elegant, spacious villa in the Dominican Republic North Coast 's most exclusive oceanfront resort, offering luxurious accommodations and service, along with wonderful amenities and leisure activities. A twelve room, 7000 square foot, Spanish Colonial home built with quality and care in 2005, it is set in an area close to the resorts ocean front pool, beach club and beaches, and yet completely private. The Villa has its own large classic lap pool and waterfall. Enter through the massive wrought iron gated entry doors and take in the grand foyer. As you continue into the gracious well-appointed living room with beamed ceilings you will see the large terrace, pool and grounds through the row of arched iron filigree doorways on the opposite wall. A short path behind the pool leads you to the breathtaking turquoise ocean.

Notes: Enjoy hotel class service with a friendly personal maid who will make a lovely breakfast each morning and provide laundry and cleaning service daily. The gardens and pool are also meticulously maintained on a daily basis. The office-guest room has an internet line and there is a television in one of the master bedrooms and the family room with cable access. There is a DVD player and stereo and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils if you are inclined to wander in to cook. There is a microwave, gas stove with hood, dishwasher, barbecue grill, and laundry room. Frette sheets and towels are in ample supply. Transportation to and from airport can be arranged it is not included.

Luxurious Accomodations: No detail has been spared in the construction and finishes. The floors are honed crema marble with the exception of the family room which is Brazilian cherry to absorb sound. The gourmet kitchen has custom mahogany cabinetry, Mexican wall tiles, white carrera honed marble counters and a separate full freezer and refrigerator to accommodate large groups of family and friends. The owners continue to add distinctive paintings and art to the rooms that give the home a personal and sophisticated feel.

Sea Horse Ranch Resort: Sea Horse Ranch, where the Villa is located, is a beautifully maintained community with 24 hour security, power and water supply. There are walking paths, an equestrian center for riding lessons or trail riding, a clay tennis club with 5 courts and a tennis professional, and bicycles for rent. There is a Yoga instructor at the club pool two-three times a week. The El Bosque club restaurant rests on a coral reef jutting out over the shore and the service and food are wonderful. A winding path through the trees leads to the spectacular two ocean side pools (one for adults, one for children) with terraced waterfalls.

Nearby Attractions: Golfers can head to the Playa Dorado Robert Trent Jones course 30 minutes away driving west or the world famous “Playa Grande” course built along the ocean, which is 45 minutes away in the other direction. The adjacent Cabarette beach is a world renowned kite surfing haven for surfers and onlookers. It is a great place to relax, swim, and eat at several of the great beach front restaurants. Nearby Sosua has several good restaurants, most with great sunset views, a fun local beach, a European spa, two wonderful bakeries and a large grocery store in town.

Enjoy the lifestyle of the rich and blissfully unemployed!

This property is located in a completely secure, gated community just minutes away from the airport. The large home is tastefully decorated and perfectly maintained, beautifully and thoughtfully designed in a manner which invites togetherness but ensures privacy. Relax in a garden setting by your private pool, at one of the community pools, or at one of several small, semi-secluded beaches within strolling distance. Local off-site amenities include an international variety of first-rate restaurants, a charmingly vibrant public beach and a new water park.

If you are looking for a luxurious, turnkey experience, this is the place for you. The house is absolutely lovely and pristine, and the surrounding gated-community grounds and beach give you and family room to roam, play, have solitude. Whatever you want. I look forward to returning soon.

What a wonderful time we had at this incredibly luxurious home. While all of the floors are marble it is still very cozy. The home was impeccably clean and the pool was gorgeous. Great for sitting by the pool or a late night swim. I look forward to a return visit!

Outstanding Property with Everything You Need

I have stayed at this property twice in the past year and had a fabulous experience on both visits. The first time I visited with my family and another, the next time with girlfriends. The house is beautiful and has all of the amenities of your own home including a great kitchen. Each of the bedrooms has its own bath which is a treat. Its the perfect vacation home for 2 families, a guys or gals get-away vacation or even for a few couples. The community is lovely as is the nearby town. We enjoyed ourselves just laying by the beautiful pool and enjoying the weather.

Relax in paradise!

My family and I just completed our second stay at this beautiful home and it was fantastic! The home is beautiful with a great combination of private suite rooms and common areas for family to gather and relax. Most rooms have their own private outdoor space and the main living room area opens to the large pool with waterfall.
The home and landscaping are immaculate and the daily staff manages to keep it that way.
Oversize kitchen for those who like to cook and a restaurant/bar at the clubhouse for oceanside meals.
The private beach is lovely and just a short walk away.
Sea Horse Ranch is located a short drive from Cabarette where you can find beachside shopping, dining and watersports.
We definitely plan to go back and stay again!
