Welcome to our home on Seasons. It is a St. Vincent model built by Park Square Homes and is 2765 square feet of Executive quality. It is a luxurious five bedrooms all with TV's and DVD players, four bath house, which has two master suites, a private pool and Jacuzzi plus a well equipped games room. A perfect vacation retreat for you and your family to enjoy!

Situated on a small community of only 71 houses, it is privately owned and is a perfect vacation resort to escape from it all. We have taken extra care to furnish our villa with you and your family in mind to the highest standard that we enjoy. The gourmet kitchen has all the necessities you may need The rear of the house looks onto peaceful woodlands. You will certainly enjoy the pool at all times.

Located only a mere just 10 minutes to Disney World with easy access to Sea World (15 minutes) and Universal Studios (20 minutes). There are many championship golf courses located a short drive away. We are centrally located between the Atlantic Ocean, the Gulf Coast Beaches and Cape Canaveral, making all close enough for an enjoyable day trip. Come and be our guest! The nearest Florida airports are Orlando International (ORL) and Sandford (SFB).Guests may choose either scheduled or charter flights, from most major UK airports. Car hire can be arranged for pickup and drop off at either international airport. We are very easy to find! Yet you are only a mere just 10 minutes to Disney World with easy access to Sea World 15 minutes and Universal Studios 20 minutes. There are many Championship Golf Courses located a short drive away. We are centrally located between the Atlantic Ocean, the Gulf Coast Beaches and Cape Canaveral, making all close enough for an enjoyable day trip. The famous theme parks of Disney: Magic Kingdom, MGM, Epcot, Animal Kingdom along with their water parks and down town shopping are a must. Try Sea View to see Shamu the Killer Whale and dolphin shows - try the underwater walk to see the sharks. Then there is Universal Studios, Gator land, Bush Gardens, Shopping Malls, museums and visit Church Street station in old town Orland

Golf: There are Golf ranges within a 15 to 20 minute drive form Seasons.

When we arrived the pool was freezing & we couldn't sit in the hot tub. Within a couple of days this was rectified.
HOWEVER the villa is definitely in need of updating, it is shabby in places. Needs painting, new bedding ours had small tears in it. Also around the downstairs shower the sealant was black & shower curtain was mouldy. Outside the chair covers needed changing as they are looking tired. If it had a few hundred dollars spent on it then all would be ok.
The location of the villa is in a great location, massive Walmarts around the corner & you are in the parks within 20 mins

Great spot for a large family. House is so well laid out for fun and relaxation. Very convenient to local shopping. Management company very friendly and obliging. We are definitely going back for another fun stay. Quiet neighborhood, private, great place to walk. Open concept is so inviting.

fantastic property, very clean and well cared for, in an ideal location. Very close to all amenities and Theme parks. Would definately recommend this property and will definately use it again.

We stayed at this lovely home for two weeks in Sept / Oct 2009, everything was lovely, the villa is spacious, modern and very clean. Ideally situated ( we have been to Florida 4 times and this is the best spot , would deffo return here). The pool area is great with no one facing you, only squirrels and woodpeckers to look at. The games room was a massive bonus with having teenagers, cannot fault it at all, the owner was very helpful with all my questions. I definately had a tear in my eye on leaving and hope to return soon.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I stayed at the home the week of September 14 thru September 21. A total of 8 people (1 four year old child included) stayed at the home to celebrate my son's Disney wedding. All of us were so verrrrrrrrrrrry happy with this home. In pictures we could see it was a beautiful home but were we amazed to see how beautiful the home really is once we were there. Peter, thanks for making it so affordable and easy. Whenever down in the Orlando area again, I will make sure to stay at this home again! May God bless you.
