Located in the Santa Cruz Mountains, the Villa is secluded on 6 private acres with towering redwoods and breathtaking views! The house is freshly remodeled and Zen serene. Relax in the Villa’s open living room, with wood-burning fireplace and gorgeous mountain views. The Villa offers premium comfort - no detail is overlooked. Luxury Posturepedic Pillowtop Beds, & 100% cotton linens make your stay as comfortable as a fine hotel. Ideal for romantic get-aways, or vacations with friends and family. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The Villa can accommodate up to 10 people. The Master Bedroom with attached bathroom has the utmost privacy on one end of the house. Queen Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located off of the DayRoom which has a Twin Bed & Trundle. (The DayRoom has doors which close off from the rest of the house as well, giving guests who use the sofa bed in the Living Room complete privacy.)

Such a Peaceful Family Getaway!

Wow! We had an absolutely wonderful time in this beautiful home and what a gorgeous mountain setting! We are a big family and there was plenty of space to spread out - and that made the whole vacation so relaxing! There was even a toy cupboard (which since we flew in, really helped my twins stay entertained!) and DVDs that were appropriate to their age as well as my older son. The attention to detail was everywhere and I came back home relaxed, which is rare when your are traveling with kids!!!!Another amazing thing I got to share with them, was the sight of deer crossing through the woods, as well as a covey of quail that came around in the mornings.... Oh, and I even got a break from cooking, as my husband loved admiring the view and cooking on the grill!!! It really was the perfect set-up for us!!

Extraordinary Romantic Getaway

We just spent our anniversary at Villa Generosa - and it was the perfect choice! I picked it as a surprise for my wife, so I was kind of on the hook - and all the more happy to see that not even the photos on the website could capture how beautiful this place really was! We loved the complete privacy - it felt like the house was embraced by the redwoods all around us, and it had the best mountain views ever!! We enjoyed those views even more from the hot tub - and at night - huge, bright stars for real star-gazing. To feel so far away and yet in actuality get into town so quickly was ideal - because there are great restaurants in Los Gatos and Santa Cruz.... Shopping (and dining!) on Santana Row made my wife say she felt like we had a mini-day trip to Paris! ....We will definitely be back!

Perfect Vacation Rental Experience

This place was the best we have rented so far! We have been renting homes for vacation purposes for many years now, here in America, and abroad - and we will definitely book this house again! It looked exactly like the photos and was as comfortable as a hotel, but with the privacy and comforts of home. Immaculate! Could not recommend it more!
