The Lucian was built in 1918 but provides the accommodations of the 21st century. It's perfect for a romantic weekend venture. The home is nestled in a green belt which provides you with a wonderful quite secluded getaway, and the home is just steps to the beach!!! The Lucian is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, approximately 1700 SqF in size. The home is fully furnished with everything you will need on your holiday trip. The kitchen is fully stocked, fresh linens provides, an assortment of relaxing books to read. ***The master bedroom has its own deck with a view of the water!*** Located right outside of the city on Alki Beach. You can do what your heart desires. From hiking, mountain biking, swimming, shopping, to just reading and relaxing. There are endless possibilities! Alki Beach is only a block away!
