Description This is a large studio apartment located on 49th Street between 9th and 10th Avenue in Midtown West Manhattan . The apartment is well equipped and prepare for the guest arrival with a nice set of towels and sheets . The apartment sleeps four people comfortably (measures approximately 400 sq. ft.) . The apartment has original wood floors and the walls are well decorated with pictures and paintings. The place is sunny with large windows. The open kitchen is very functional and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a sufficient supply of cooking utensils. The living area is open with a queen sized Murphy bed and a queen sized sofa bed. There is TV with cable, VCR , small coffee table and also a glass dining table with seats for four guests. The bathroom with a tub, shower, sink and a toilet. Utilities are included for short term with a local phone , TV cable and electric.

49 street between 9 & 10 avenue. Located within steps of New York’s infamous Broadway Theater District, near the Javitz Center and just off of Times Square. A multitude of entertainment is nearby including a wide range of Broadway and off Broadway musicals and plays, virtual reality games and rides, as well as countless movie theaters, including a local second run theater. The Clinton neighborhood has everything New York can offer, including three health clubs; several wine and gourmet food stores, numerous bars and clubs for all interests and many traditional, ethnic and off beat restaurants are all within a short walking radius. Herald Square, a major department store, Madison Square Garden and the Jacob Javitis Center are all minutes away by foot, subway or taxi.
