Provincetown Vacation Rental cottage

A very nice place to stay. This is an old barn that was completely renovated into a bright, 2-story, elegant and private living space, at the end of a dirt road off of Pearl St, just beyond the Fine Arts Work Center. A 6-foot stockade fence surrounds the property, with a gate opening into lush, professionally-kept garden with a slate patio. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, each with sliding glass doors opening to the lower wooden deck where Adirondack chairs face out to the garden. A full bath and stackable washer and dryer are also on the first level. Upstairs is the living/dining area and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The floors are hardwood, made from the original wide pine planks from the old barn. There is a cathedral ceiling that gives the upstairs great volume and spaciousness. Windows on every side of the house, two skylights, and a glass main door bring in a lot of light. There is a full bath with shower on the upper level, just off the kitchen.
