Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

Our condo faces the Gulf and you can relax on the lanai and watch beautiful sunsets.

It has been completely updated, including granite countertops in the kitchen, a dishwasher and king-size bed. It is completely furnished with everything necessary for you vacation needs including the use of our kayak, 2 bicycles, and beach chairs. The bay and Imperial River extend down adjacent to our property and are excellent for backwater canoeing and kayaking as well as many good bike trails. . We also offer a free 2 hour pontoon boat ride through the back bays viewing dolphins and remote beaches for those that rent our unit for 2 weeks or more.

The unit is located across the street from eight miles of uncrowded pristine beach, with two swimming pools on the property, 10 'Har-Tru tennis courts available for your use, plus a on-site restaurant and a massage therapist. There are three other restaurants within a short walk. If you like to shop, Coconut Point (a huge and beautiful shopping complex) is nearby as are the Miromar outlets, and there are many other upscale shopping areas in Naples. For the golfer there are several public golf courses nearby. If you like to fish, there is good fishing from the docks on our property.

A reservation deposit of $300.00 is needed to hold space. This will also act as a damage deposit and will be returned conditionally within 30 days after departure. The total rental fee plus a $70.00 cleaning fee and 11% state/county tax is due 45 days prior to arrival. Sorry, no pets.
