Studio with full bathroom, kitchen and deck, sleeps 4.

Only one block from the ocean and three short blocks to famous Lanikai Beach, our Lanikai Vacation Home is a large, private, studio apartment with bath/laundry room and barbecue lanai/porch surrounding a large Mango tree. Everything is provided for your comfort, including full service kitchen, television, phone, and air conditioning. The hikiee (queen- size) bed has an overhead fan and lamp lighting. The punee (single) bed has a pull-out trundle for a fourth person. Just lay your suitcase on the dressing table, hang up your mainland clothes, and get ready to enjoy a swim at the beach or in our garden pool. Only five minutes from Kailua Town for shopping centers and restaurants. Also close to Honolulu and Waikiki. Cable internet access available in the studio at no extra charge. Just bring your laptop computer. Covered parking: Drive up, park your car and open the door to the Lanikai Vacation Home.

This Little Quiet Abode

Teresa, Thank you so much for this little quiet abode. It was so much better than staying in Waikiki! All the little extras you put in there were wonderful! Having the choice between pool and ocean also added to the luxury. We love Buzz's salad bar; we tried that the day you directed us to it. We found good traditional Hawaiian plate lunch at Ono's in Honolulu. Shrimp shacks along the North Shore were wonderful. And went to Germane's for a great Polynesian experience with great food there too. We hope to be back again! Mahalo! Sherra & Michael

We Don't Want to Leave

We Don't Want to Leave

Oh, how much we don't want to leave this place... Thank you so much, Dear Teresa, for providing a home away from home. We couldn't have enjoyed it more... well we could if only we could stay another month... We've had an ultimate vacation: stress-free, full of activities. We fell in love with your studio, as well as "access-7" beach, O'ahu, people on the island... While we did enjoy eating out, it was just as enjoyable to come home to our kitchen for some homemade food. It was bliss to have Down to Earth, Whole Foods, & local markets a short drive away. The kitchen and bathroom amenities provided us with a more than comfortable stay. Washer/dryer is simply a blessing, especially with a two year old, who fell in love with your pool. It was a milestone for our two year old son: he learned to float on his own. We shall never forget this vacation and the memories made here. Also, we thoroughly enjoyed dinner at Buzz's Steak House. We Loved the Studio

Teresa, Thank you so much for your hospitality. We loved the studio. After long days of sightseeing all over the island, it was nice to come back to a quiet relaxing place. We loved the beach. Studio Is In A Quiet, Peaceful Neighborhood

Teresa, Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your wonderful studio. We had such a great time. We loved the fact that the studio is in such a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet close enough to walk to the beach. Having a place to park the car out of the weather was great with the couple of rainy days we had. The studio is a really nice size and well supplied. Having the nice kitchen so I could cook after a long day of sightseeing was wonderful and one of the best things was having the washer and dryer right in the unit. I'm not going home with a bunch of dirty clothes! Thanks for being so gracious. We hope to see you again when we come back to O'ahu. Mahalo, Rhonda & Brent. P.S.~Best steak & salad bar ever - Buzz's in Kailua; Best ice cream to gain weight - Dave's Ice Cream in Waimanalo! Best donuts (to die for) in Kailua - Agnes Portuguese Bake Shop; Great breakfast in Kailua - Cinnamon's ~ gotta have the macadamia nut cinnamon roll - very ONO!; Best place to learn about the past - Pearl Harbor; Great place to have a nice dinner in Honolulu - Beach House at the Sheraton Moana Surfrider Hotel (very expensive, but the food, service and setting is wonderful. Make reservations & you can valet your car.)
