Description of the Hiawassee vacation townhome rental
Brand new. Opened June 2006. Large, well-furnished three bedroom luxury townhouse, on pristine Lake Chatuge in Hiawassee, Georgia with two beautiful decks and two car garage. Expansive, incredible water and mountain views are the best in Towns County! Swim, boat or fish in a competitive fishing lake off your covered boat dock in deep, warm, crystal clear water!
TVs with cable, VCRs, loads of books to read, local phone, central heating/air conditioning, full kitchen with brand new appliances including double ovens, 5 burner gas range, all linens provided including luxury bed linens and blankets, bath and hand towels, washcloths, extra blankets and kitchen towels and washcloths, Full-size washer and dryer, stainless steel grill (BBQ). The dock is on deep water and is perfect for fishing or swimming. You can tie up your boats on the dock and use the ridges marina in view of the dock for water access, then watch your family ski and tube from the dock or house!

Home is 1 mile from 'fine dining' and casual restaurants, GA mountain fairgrounds which offers the famous Ga Mountain Fair and an outdoor music venue hosting famous entertainers, tennis courts, playgrounds, 'funworld' (a brand new center with movie theaters, go-carts, batting cages, rock climbing, laser tag, arcade and miniature golf and more! Hiking (we hiked some beautiful waterfalls last week near Helen, GA), Rock Climbing, Biking and Mountain Biking, Golf, Tennis, Fishing, Hunting, Wildlife Viewing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Sailing, Canoeing, Water-Skiing, Windsurfing, Jet Skiing, Rafting, kayaking can either be done off the dock or nearby.
