A memorable family vacation

This is a very charming home, and if maintained better would be an ideal vacation spot for anyone. We had 12 family members together at one time and had a wonderful vacation. The home had an amazing amount of room and we were never in each others way. The firepit and gazebo were one of our favorite spots to gather at night and just talk and laugh.

My main problem with this property was cleanliness, which I wrote to the owner and expressed my thoughts (I was extremely surprised I never received any type of response back from her), especially after having to pay extra for cleaning services. The garbage was a major problem that noone had taken it out and flies and maggots were all over and the mattress coverings were stained and gross and everything had to washed before we had a chance to even put our own sheets on them. Cobwebs and dirt was everywhere.

I would recommend this place in a second if it was cleaned and maintained 100% better. We all had a wonderful time (once we got through the grossness).
