Located at the beach in the Seascape Resort, Ariel Dunes offers breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico and magnificent views across the golf course to the Choctowatchee Bay. Ariel Dunes has two enormous pools with large deck areas & plush landscaping. An easy walk of approximately 150 yards and you are on beach! This fully furnished one bedroom, one and a half bath unit is on the 23rd floor, features nine-foot ceilings, ceramic tile and plush carpet flooring, raised panel kitchen cabinetry and granite countertops. The unit is professionally decorated and has many upgrades. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with dresser and night stands, TV/DVD player. For your safety & convenience, we use a numeric Door Locking System. No More DEMAGNATIZED KEYS! The resort features an 18-hole championship golf course, pro shop, & convenient beach access to over 2000 feet of powder white sand and emerald green water, eight tennis courts, several fresh water lakes, & on-site eatery.
