Brand new furnishings and appliances compliment the new open kitchen of this bright, cheerful home. The first floor has a living room, dining room, half bath and sun room with full sleeper sofa and closet. Upstairs there are 2 sunny bedrooms and a lovely full bath. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and seasonal peeks of the Cape Cod Canal while relaxing on the large upper deck that overlooks a lower mahogany deck and spacious yard or sit on the front porch for a different view. Stroll to the Cape Cod Canal and get seafood right off the boat, or walk to Horizon's Beach, Town Neck Beach, Sandwich Boardwalk, and Village.

We have stayed at this lovely, cozy house 3x now and truly feel like it is our "home away from home" when we visit the Cape. We especially like the sunroom and back porch for relaxing and have happily cooked on the BBQ or in the kitchen with family and friends.
The property is clean and well kept and the owners have always made sure when we arrive that we were satisfied with how we found the propoerty and everything was in good working order.
The house is on a quiet side street and is just a short walk to the beach as well as to a few restaurants. The supermarket and other stores are just a few minutes drive away. It is a great base for exploring the Cape and surrounding areas.

A fantastic house in Cape Cod.

This house was perfect for our week in Sandwich. The house was very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful garden. The location is great for touring around Cape Cod. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby. We were given lots of valuable information and recommendations by the owners prior to our arrival. I will have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
