Relax in a traditional Cape Cod Salt Box home, situated on a quiet residential road just minutes from everything the Cape has to offer. Located on the bayside of Eastham you are minutes from the bay & Cape Cod National Seashore. Cape Cod Rail Trail 'the bike path' is a short walk away. The trail features 24 paved miles great for running, biking or rollerblading. This 3 BRM house has lots of living space & nestled on a .75 acre wooded lot. The first floor includes large living room with Cable TV, DVD & VCR. The dining room has a great table for lounging with a wood burning fireplace. The dining room adjoins the new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, blender & lobster pot. The dining area opens onto a large 2-level deck made for relaxing. Outside is patio furniture, gas grill and an outdoor hot/cold shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The private backyard features a wood swing for watching the kids play or reading a book to the sounds of the birds. The first floor also features a bedroom with a Double bed and a half bath with washer and dryer. The second floor has a full bath with tub and shower, master bedroom with queen bed, a third bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a sky lighted loft overlooking the dining area with a TV/VCR, stereo with Bose speakers, and pull out sofa. Great place for the kids to hang out.

We have everything you need for a perfect day at the beach: 6 chairs, umbrella, kite, beach toys, beach bag, cooler, skim board, and frisbees. 4 adult bikes (no helmets) for your use. The bike path is an easy 1/2 mile ride away. This is a non-smoking home with all the amenities for a great vacation get away.
