This home is so close to the ocean, you can easily be on the beach for beautiful sunrises each morning and also stroll the moonlit beach each night. Located in one of the nicest sections of Ocean Sands:SECTION D--No 'thru' streets. Very little traffic. This home has easy access to shopping, golf, movies,restaurants, and historic sites.
Ground Level: Rec Room opens to swimming pool/hot tub area and offers Pool Table, Flat Panel TV/DVD, and, Wet Bar with Mini Fridge,Twin Sleeper Sofa; Laundry with Washer and Dryer; 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Full Bath.
Mid Level: 4 bedrooms on this level: 1 Bedroom with 2 Twins with a TV/DVD player shares Full Bath with another Bedroom with Duo Bunk (full on bottom/twin on top), plus a Twin bed (brand new mattress set), w/TV. This level also has a Full Hall Bath. Also, 1 King Bedroom has private access to Hall Bath, and has Flat panel TV/DVD, and Deck Access overlooking Pool; another Queen Bedroom has TV/DVD and Deck Access overlooking Pool.
Top Level: Large Great Room with HDTV flat panel cable TV/DVD. Open and Covered Deck area, Kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, Dining room, Full Bath, and King Bedroom w/small TV/DVD (and has direct access to the full bath).
The bedrooms are all a nice size. The fenced-in pool and hot tub area is very private. We also really like the tennis court, located just steps away. This house has everything you need for a fun, convenient, relaxing vacation: it has it ALL! Please, come and enjoy! Your well-behaved dog (one allowed) is welcome too (NEW FOR 2013: no extra fee for 1 dog). Sorry, absolutely NO CATS, due to owner allergy. This is a NON-SMOKING home.
Ocean Sands, Section D is located in Corolla (northern Outer Banks). It is a lovely smaller section of the Ocean Sands development. Close to shopping, movies, mini-golf/go-carts, lighthouse. Enjoy the 4x4 area a bit further north and see the wild horses, go to the sound side for fishing, crabbing, etc. Lots to do and see!
We rent to family groups ONLY (MUST be age 25 and over to secure rental-sorry---absolutely no groups under 25 years of age). Saturday-Saturday (4pm check-in, 10am check-out). Send email for more info and more pictures!
