The living room has 12 foot slider with wonderful view of the lake and fountain. Attached two-car garage, central air, washer, and dryer in unit. We have, 2 beach chairs, 6 large beach towels, soft pack beach cooler, a picnic backpack for your recreation pleasures, 2 tennis rackets and a barbecue grill for the Lani. At the end of a long pleasure filled day, soak in one of the two large bath tubs and sink into a bubble bath. DVDs and Cd's in unit. Social butterfly??? Have dinner at the Clubhouse restaurant, play tennis, swim in the pools, one just 80 steps from the unit, workout in the gym or play golf on one of the areas finest golf courses!. Close to many beaches, shopping, sightseeing, dinning and more. You will love it here!
This is a first floor unit. You drive into the two car garage and step up only one step to being in your groceries or belongs. The Master bedroom shower is a large walk in a shower. When choosing Cypress Woods, this is one of the primer neighborhoods. This unit faces North. In Florida that is very important! Facing west will bake you on the lanai. Our lanai is private with a stunning view of Florida botanicals, the lake with lighted fountain and the brim of the 4th hole. You will have complete privacy here and comfort while on vacation. The pool is just steps outside your door or you may wish to use the one at the Clubhouse which has a lane pool, swimming pool and a spa.
