Enjoy this charming, quiet, 2800 square foot adobe home/gallery with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It includes:Two queen beds and two twin beds, three kiva fireplaces, full modern kitchen, formal dining room (for 8), custom-built furniture, gorgeous oriental rugs throughout, koi pond courtyard with fire pit, recreation room with pool and ping pong tables, greenhouse, wood fired sauna with cold plunge, front adobe enclosed yard with portal and porch swing to view unsurpassed sunsets. All this and more located in a quiet, spacious family oriented southeast neighborhood within a short walk of the museums and less than two miles to the Plaza. The home was originally built in the 1950's and is a classic example of the pueblo revival style, double adobe, vigas, exposed lentils, and brick floors. Revisions, additions, and updates have been made in keeping with its origin to make it not only charming but very comfortable, hot water baseboard heat in winter, swamp cooler in summer.
