Relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the bay and the wetlands from the new front porch of this Diamond Beach townhouse. Unwind in the company of friends and family on the new expanded deck, complete with table and chairs. The kitchen features brand new appliances for 2008. The large living area features a gas fireplace, sofa which pulls out into a double bed, love seat, and a swivel chair around a television which includes a DVD player and a VCR and wireless Internet access. A sliding glass door lets in the light and opens on to the large back deck which has a bay view. The master bedroom has a king size bed, television and VCR. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a television and a DVD player. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a television. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan with an overhead light fixture. Eight people can sleep comfortably in this house. This spotless townhouse is a quiet and relaxing getaway just minutes from major attractions.

This townhouse was very nice and we had a great week! It was clean, roomy, and was great having tv's in almost every room. Plenty of parking and having access to the private beach was great too. Very good price for a place this good.

My vacation

My vacation last summer at this home was one of the most refreshing and relaxing ones I've ever had. The rooms are bright and spacious. It's close to the beach, as well as a fantastic restaurant. Wireless internet was available, and was a big reason for choosing this place. I don't always feel very comfortable away from home, and this property made me forget my worries, enjoy the wonderful beaches, and terrific scenery. I was concerned that the property would be too small for the two families that went, but we had plenty of room to hang out, enjoy company or quiet. There was plenty of privacy. Thanks so much for taking pride in your home, and for sharing it with us!

Can't Wait to Go Back!

My family loved staying in this clean and spacious home. My wife and I enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the beautiful sunset in the evening. Our kids liked that they could go right across the street for miniature golf. We also liked the convenience store/coffee shop around the corner. The back deck provided plenty of space for playing games around the table. The master bedroom is HUGE and has a bathroom too. To top it all off, the private beach is clean, has bathrooms, and has food/drinks --- all of which are great for kids. On Friday night, the beach even had music and drinks -- which was great for the adults! We can't wait to go back.

Hello,...
We did not know Diamond Beach or the location before we booked our stay. This house was awesome !!! I have been renting beach houses many times before and this one was super clean, the owners very nice & responsive. The house had ample space for our family of 5. You have easily have 8 people in the house. The decor is fresh and inviting. The location perfect. Across from miniature golf course ( finally a challenging one... ), next to the beach bum store for all your needs and a small convenience store. The best of all, this area is so quiet and you will find many families there. If you are family with kids of any age, they will love this house, the area and the perfect beach.

We will back for sure.
