Located in the Gulf Terrace Condominiums, sits on 26 beautiful acres on lake with lots of palm trees, in the heart of all Destin, Florida activities. The beautiful sugar white sand beach is just across the road. The beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico is the prettiest in Florida. Highway 98 & Airport Rd., Security coded gates at front and back entrance. Plenty of parking close to your door. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, restaurants, Big Kahuna water park, Wal-Mart Super center and Destin Fishing Harbor, etc. This Lovely downstairs condo has private patio with chairs and tables. It sits on the spring fed lake. Bring your fishing pole and try your luck. Relax and enjoy feeding the ducks. A few steps from one of 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, basketball, barbecue grills and laundromat. The condo bedroom has a king-size bed with cable TV. The living room has a queen-size sleeper-sofa with TV/VCR. JUST LIKE HOME!
