On private court, this new Centrally Air Conditioned home w/all new furnishings, has wonderful space, a great room on the second floor w/living area, game room & TV room w/all electronic amenities including VCR, DVD & surround sound, gourmet kitchen & master bedroom-bath w/air jacuzzi. The 1st floor features 3 more bedroom suites each w/its own bath, a laundry room, & a patio under the deck. Deck & patio furnished for fun in the sun and shade (including deck chairs and hammock). Have dinner on the deck at night, and watch the stars with soft music in the background. So much space you will never feel crowded! Very safe area for children. Midway between South Beach & Edgartown Village for shopping & recreation, near the excellently maintained bike path of Martha's Vineyard, near the best clamming, fishing, & crabbing of Katama Bay & Great Pond. . We had two of the most memorable summers at what my daughters called "OUR house on the circle" The beautiful two level house afforded us a tremendous amount of room and fantastic flexibility in spending our time on the Vineyard. I love to cook and grill. The amenities that are available combined with the beautiful outdoor deck (next to the kitchen) made for convenient "feasts" of the local fare while watching the beautiful sunsets. The huge front lawn made for evening waffle ball games, and the blueberry groves were unreal in their harvest of some of the best berries ever tasted. With a close proximity to the beach and downtown Edgartown, we cannot wait to get back!

Great location....great house.

My family and my brother's family have stayed here once before and will be renting it again this summer. The house is ideally located in Katama with close access to South Beach as well as Edgartown. The house is also located on a private cul-de-sac, so there is a lot of privacy. The house has a great deck for entertaining and a large yard for the kids. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is ideal for stays w/ multiple families. Also, the master suite (bedroom/bath) is huge and very well appointed. The house also has nice touches like central air and a great kitchen/great room. The owner is very pleasant and it was very easy to book the house direct with the owner. We are looking forward to our next visit this August.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
