Located in the luxurious Magnolia by the Sea. Nestled between Rosemary Beach and Destin Beach, our cottage is 150 yards to private beach access. Just cross country road 30-A to relax or play on the sugar sand beaches of Seacrest Beach. Enjoy nearby fine dining, bike trails, golfing, fishing, and a short 5.7 miles drive to Seaside Beach. Two owners suites with: One having a king size bed and private bath and 19” TV with digital cable. One having a queen size bed and private bath and 19” TV with digital cable. Bedroom 3 has has bunk beds and 19” TV with digital cable. There is also a full bath. Great Room: Hardwood Floors Queen sleeper sofa DVD Player and Digital Cable This home also has high speed Internet connection, free local and long distance calls anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. Great house and very good location

The house is located close to Seaside and Rosemary beach. The place is safe and the house is clean and comfortable. Spent a great week with my wife and two small children. We will try to come back in the summer.

Perfect Seaside Getaway

The house was everything it was promised to be. The house was situated between Seaside (5 miles away) and Rosemary Beach (about 2 miles away). The cost was about a third to a quarter of the cost of renting in those towns. A new private development with a private communtiy pool. The house was CLEAN, smoke free, quiet and safe. Free Internet, TV in every room, comfortable beds and bathrooms. A great screened-in porch and full kitchen. This was a great vacation find!!

Lovely home, neighborhood and overall stay!

The comprehensive website left no surprises. Everything was as great in person as it looked in the pictures! The property was well-maintained, very clean, up-to-date, and exactly what we wanted. There was never any contact with staff, owner(s), or anything of the sort, which was strange. Luckily, we had no problems that resulted in needing to get in touch with someone. I would recommend this property to a friend. It was very close to the beach, very safe, and close enough to everything to feel connected, but secluded in a way so that we could actually relax. Great property!

As for onsite help, if anything is ever needed, my phone number is provided on the driving directions I send all guests. There is onsite help, just call me and I will make sure any help needed is provided.

Great place in any weather!

We visited in the off season and it was cloudy & rainy. This house was a wonderful retreat. The upstairs is just one open room (liv/din/kit) w/windows on all 4 sides, so it was bright. Opening it up on a warm day and enjoying the sea breeze must be nice. The bedrooms are on the first floor and each has it's own bath. This home is right next to the pool. It is a short walk down the lovely street of the neighborhood to get to the beach.
