Four bedroom/two full, two half baths. 10-15 minute walk to Woods Hole, easy access to bike path and 3 tenths of a mile to residents-only beach with bath house. Fully furnished with cable TV and wireless internet. Ocean views, 2 large decks, screened porch and outdoor shower.

This beautiful house is located on a private estate on Nobska Point. It is less than a mile from the beach, and walking distance to a golf course, and Woods Hole Village. Woods Hole is a charming beach community and home to the world-renowned Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute and the Marine Biological Laboratory. The town has a number of excellent restaurants, boutique shopping and a small grocery. There is also an excellent library, summer community yoga and dance and an impressive summer theater program. Larger stores including a Stop and Shop, TJ Maxx and a movie theater are 4 miles away in Falmouth.
